As a Technical Solutions Engineer Intern, you will follow established guidelines and SOPs to help customers integrate and optimize our products, troubleshoot and explore technical issues, and provide expert guidance. Your main responsibility is to execute each task with precision and consistent service.
- Efficiently follow established guidelines and SOPs to assist new clients with a smooth onboarding and go-live process.
- Maintain a high degree of precision when documenting, communicating, and processing the work and issues to ensure every detail is accurately captured.
- Create and update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs to help both customers and internal teams.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and problems to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Assisting in the evaluation and integration of generative AI tools and platforms into existing workflow.
【About you】
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.

Responsibility :
•Preprocess, clean, and transform large-scale datasets for training and inference.
•Develop and test data pipelines for seamless integration with machine learning workflows.
•Assist in developing, fine-tuning, and evaluating large language models (LLMs) for Azure AI Services.
Qualification:
•Strong programming skills in Python and solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, especially in large language models (LLMs) and deep learning techniques.
•Experience in data preprocessing, transformation, and analysis for training AI models.
•Self-motivated and self-directed. Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate technical ideas effectively.
