Coordinate all planning activities, including finished goods, semi-products planning (cut filler, filters), and material planning (NTM - non-tobacco materials, leaf). Performing and optimizing short- and long-term factory plans related to the manufacturing processes. Capacity analysis preparation in terms of production sequence optimization. Dealing with the efficient NTM and FG stock at the factory warehouse.
As the Planning and Procurement Associate you will:
- Coordination of short-term planning - daily scheduling, production reports maintenance, planning data accuracy, and continuous support for the FG planners.
- Mid-term planning - monthly plan preparation, adjustments, and review, taking into consideration variable constraints and requirements.
- Long-term planning - strategic 3 years horizon APSP capacity analysis performance related to the following objectives:
- capacity overview
- machinery capabilities overview
- planned sourcing changes coordination
- Coordination of NTM and leaf requirements - short-term, mid-term, and long-term material planning for material planners, material requirements analysis, and inventory turnover analysis.
- Responsibility for all KPIs of the Planning Department: Inventory Turnover (quantity and value monthly overview), monthly report preparation, and presentation to the Factory Management. Continuous development and improvement of factors having a direct impact on materials management.
- SAP APO factory database maintenance, development, and dealing with data accuracy. Responsibility for the APO monthly performance overview by the Global KPIs - PIM: Planning Improvement Measurement.
- Responsible for the development and run of all JSOX controls in the respective planning areas.
- Ensure health and safety aspects at work and learn about potential hazards, know and maintain required control measures in order to keep the workplace healthy and safe.
- Ensure compliance with the JTI health and safety requirements associated with the work hazards, align with all applicable health and safety rules and procedures as well and collaboration on the continuous improvement process.
- Demonstrate safe behavior, report incidents and near misses to their supervisor, report identified unsafe conditions and behaviors to the supervisor, and carry out any measures to eliminate them.
