1.Execute sourcing activities for designated product categories.
2. Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers.
3. Manage the processes for requests for information, quotations, and proposals.
4. Handle international trade operations, with a focus on import business.
5. Oversee and maintain the product supply chain.
6. Facilitate communication among internal teams and external partners, including overseas vendors, shipping coordinators, distribution centers, and buyers.
7. Manage import procedures related to purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO), and other procurement/import activities
1. Manage a large part of the new retail division's merchandise assortment under supervision of the company's Merchandising Director.
2. Maximize revenue generation and profitability via assortment decisions with a clear and constant customer focus.
3. Ensure assortment reflects the current market conditions, customer preferences, competitor offerings and brand positioning strategy of the company.
4. Support decisions upon assortment composition, additions, eliminations and alterations of SKU listings and pricing.
5. Cooperates on a day-to-day basis with the group's wholesale merchandising team and aligns closely with the warehousing & logistics and store operations functions of the retail business.
6. Supports continuous improvement of the assortment.
7. Opportunities to be promoted to higher management positions within the merchandising team after a few years as the company grows.

6. 持續不斷優化商品組織表最佳化選品及品類規劃
7. 視工作績效有機會晉升更高階管理職位
