Integral Group is seeking IIH Asset Management team member. IIH Asset Management is the private equity team within Integral group, which currently managed several funds and investments mainly in Taiwan and USA. IIH makes both control and structured minority equity investments in growing, middle-market companies in: Consumer- facing industries. IIH seeks to be a value-added partner to portfolio management teams. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
1.Find and develop investment projects, conduct investment analysis and write feasibility study reports, and put forward rationalization proposals.
2.Combining industry research and resource integration, and able to think across boundaries.
3.Conduct feasibility studies on proposed investment projects, prepare investment plans and final investment reports, and submit them to the Investment Review Committee (IC) for review.
4.Conduct market research on proposed investment projects and participate in or lead negotiations on investment projects.
5.Conduct result evaluation of invested projects and submit regular reports on the investment status of the projects.
6.Strong ambition to build and lead the team, responsible for training and supervising the new front office staff, to help the company build a good investment team and the overall investment system.

Position Summary:
We are seeking two highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate / Manager in supporting the company’s planned IPO in the U.S. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and executing IPO-related communications, working with Finance Department, supporting capital markets engagement and managing investor materials.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, finance, legal, and external advisors to ensure a successful IPO and build a best-in-class investor relations function.
Main jobs:
-Preparation of IR materials, attending investor conference calls, contributing to PR communication
-Creation and maintenance of financial models
-Build and expand a network of buy side contacts in the US/EU/UK and Asia
-Preparation of the materials for the Prospectus and regular financial releases
-Liaising with Finance Department regarding the U.S. regulatory review and requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field; CPA or CFA is plus.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, or related field.
Prior experience supporting a U.S. IPO or SEC disclosure process (e.g., Form S-1, 10-K, 10-Q) is highly preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with an ability to simplify complex financial and technical topics.
1. Conduct equity research, industry research, management interviews, and site visits; and support managers by analyzing information obtained from various channels to prepare valuation reports.
2. Appraise company or asset values using the income, market, or asset-based approaches for the transaction, financial reporting, or tax purposes.
3. Communicate with clients.
4. Support the project manager to complete the engagement smoothly.
