[Job summary]
There are three subteams under RHINOSHIELD Licensing Collaboration, APAC team, EMEA team and global Creator Community Team. This position is to lead APAC licensing team and drive business development and marketing for APAC markets, focusing on Taiwan, Japan and Korea.
[General Responsibilities]
1. Lead and Manage APAC Licensing Team
Oversee and mentor APAC Licensing Project Owners (POs) to set the creative tone, collection direction, and design aesthetics. Ensure timely execution across all stages — from design drafts and production testing to product launch readiness and post-launch analytics.
2. Drive New Business Development
Identify and pursue new licensing opportunities aligned with market trends and company strategy. Draft annual regional collaboration plans and sales forecasts. Prepare business proposals and negotiate commercial terms with licensors and brand partners. Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships.
3. Market Research & Process Optimization
Conduct thorough market research and monitor industry competition. Continuously evaluate and optimize internal workflows and collaboration efficiency to enhance team performance and output.
4. Campaign & Collaboration Execution
Plan and implement promotional initiatives for licensed products, including KOL and media partnerships. Lead cross-functional and external communications to support collaboration launches and amplify brand impact.
5. Own KPIs & Performance Analysis
Define and monitor KPIs for all licensing collaborations. Provide actionable insights through analytics and reporting on campaign effectiveness, market tests, and channel performance.
[Job Requirements]
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent (Business/marketing field preferred).
2. Min. 5 years of related experience in Business Project Manager or Event Planning.
3. Previous experiences in marketing aspects, such as Business Development, Digital advertising, or Influencer marketing.
4. Experience in Licensing/Consumer products development is a great plus.
5. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English; capable of effectively managing cross-functional and external stakeholder communications.
6. Proficient in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and Slack. Experience with project management tools such as Miro and ClickUp, as well as Business Intelligence platforms, is a strong plus.
7. Highly analytical and results-oriented, with strong numerical acumen to drive business decisions and performance outcomes.
8. Sharp understanding of market trends and consumer insights, with a proven ability to identify and secure valuable licensing partnerships.
9. Strategic and execution-driven mindset with the ability to lead licensing projects from planning to launch, ensuring clear direction, strict timelines, and attention to detail.
【Main Responsibilities】
1. Proactively identify new assets, companies, and areas of innovation through industry and academic networks.
2. Drive and coordinate the full process of asset scouting, scientific and commercial evaluation, and due diligence.
3. Focus on clinical- to late-stage and commercial-stage opportunities, particularly in oncology, hematology, autoimmune, inflammation, respiratory, cardiovascular, CNS, urology, and gastroenterology.
4. Analyze and present key risks and competitive landscapes in an unbiased manner to management.
5. Collaborate with the broader Business Development team to support transactions and alliance management, ensuring smooth handover and integration.
6. Track and report progress of opportunities through internal databases and business development dashboards.
7. Continuously monitor global trends in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries to maintain an up-to-date competitive intelligence database.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and intercultural skills, with ability to drive and motivate cross-functional teams.
Work with GSK third party (MOC, Marketing Operation Center) to complete product requested jobs (including Veeva email, Mass email, video, eDetails, Web pages, Print, Webinar Content) in content lab. (60%)
Work with Commercial and MOC team to complete required marketing ankle and reference in content lab. (20%)
Assist in communicating and tracking jobs delivery on time (ex: Be able to communicate with contact parts based on planned schedule and actions) (20%)
PRIMARY FUNCTION/OBJECTIVE:
Working with the CoolSculpting Sales Team, National Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, and Account Management Manager to contribute to the sales performance for the CoolSculpting range of products through the delivery of quality marketing strategies and effective program implementation.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsibilities for all aspects of customer relationship management in the assigned territory – including CoolSculpting® marketing integration
• Achieving sales quota results in the assigned territory. Responsible for performing effective territory penetration, coverage and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base for the Company’s consumables
• Complete the Annual sales target of devices quantities & sales amount target in assigned territory (existing & new listing customers)
• Providing training, presentations and demonstrations (non-patient) to the customer on application and the safe and effective use of the company’s products using effective communication
• Educating the customer regarding the indications, contraindications, and safety of Company products
• Supporting and helping to facilitate the execution of regional training workshops and tradeshows within the territory and area (including CSE)
• Collaborate brand activities execution, marketing plan with product manager to ensure customer success
• Collect customer feedback, market trends, competitive updates as materials for strategic plan
1. Manage the assigned product portfolio in alignment with company goals and strategies
2. Establish marketing priorities and guarantee the strategic focus with the right resource allocation and management
3. Drive business success by defining and implementing the local marketing plans, ensuring sales team have the knowledge and the tools required for that.

工作內容:
1. Identify KEEs, and segment KEEs with development & engagement plan
2. Establish rapport with scientific interactions: disseminate data, respond to unsolicited medical information requests, liaise investigator-initiated studies and external cooperative studies
3. Collect insight and external intelligence in a timely, support strategic planning for medical affairs and the brand
4. Execute MA plans (professional and patient group) following MA strategy
5. Localize global medical materials (incl. medical deck, standard response, QA, etc.)
6. Support Trial, MA studies, and medical programs (phase Ⅰ-Ⅲ, Ⅳ, IIS, EAP)
7. Conduct other assignments from leadership team
