Purpose of Position: Serves as the customer’s primary technical point of contact and ensures their overall satisfaction with the products, services, and technical support provided by Corning Key Responsibilities: 【Customer issue resolution】 • Identify and define problem clearly to differentiate facts from opinions Deliver solutions to resolve issues promptly, execute and monitor recovery actions until closure with desired results • Identify customer returned issues and clarify the responsibility for approval of compensation • Resolve, clarify and suggest disposition of returns for manufacturing and quality action • Set up priority, track and follow-up until the issues are resolved • Present customer issues to Corning internal Engineering and Quality review; report • Corning investigations to customer MFG and Quality 【Corning's product and value delivery】 • Identify overall / product trend / technology trend / needs in glass with customers Promote Corning's technology advantages and capabilities and prioritize these advantages according to customer requirements and concerns • Develop and document through understanding of customers’ processes from a product design development and manufacturing perspective • Lead model design in qualification process at customer side • Work with CT/ENG.  for model analysis and rational spec setting • Find out engineering technical support resources and develop communication channels between Corning and assigned customers • Coordinate customer quality & technical audit and customer visit • Lead customer and Corning resources to achieve R&D and MFG joint project target 【Customer relationship engagement and network establishment】 • Establish strong linkage with customers and account managers to align with account strategy • Build strong multi-level relationships with key persons on customer side Required Skills: • Ability to work at the intersection of project and functional group • Strong technical / analytical skills, detail oriented • Strong teamwork oriented • Communication and engagement skills for maintaining customer relationships • Fluency in the English language • Domestic travel and flexible working time

Purpose of the Position: Artificial Intelligence Control Engineer with responsibility to develop and participate on project proposing, researching, designing, developing, testing and deploying solutions for internal systems. Would participate on project teams to deploy state of the advance, effectiveness, valuable and reliable control solutions. Day to Day Responsibilities: • Provide Artificial Intelligence Control solutions to support business requirement. • Continuously develop control model and improve AI model efficiency and effectiveness •Integrate systems and technologies to deliver result into control systems and ensure real-time functionality • Work with team to develop system requirements, establish design constraints, and set priorities. • Initiate and lead AI control solution projects as appropriate to support competency and capability development to advance operational competitive advantage and build pipeline of engineering talents. • Be responsible for establishing documents, trainings and development programs/processes to enhance team’s competencies, capabilities and skills in core technologies through project assignments, trainings, coaching, seminars and conferences. Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree and above in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology or relatives. • 2+ years of relevant experience in Artificial Intelligence manufacturing solution project, include but not limit in: - PHM(Prognostics and Health Management), machine learning, deep learning - AOI(Automated Optical Inspection), Machine/Computing Vision - AI-based Control Systems, Digital Signal Processing and Automation - Motion Control, Robotics control, System Modeling. Required Skills: • Skilled in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch for model training and deployment. • Skilled in C++, C#, Matlab development tools. • Proficient in machine learning and deep learning techniques applied to dynamic control systems. • Proficiency in common machine learning algorithms (e.g., SVM, random forests, YOLO). • Understanding of industrial automation processes and equipment operation principles. • Ability to integrate AI models with control systems (e.g., PLC, SCADA) seamlessly. • Knowledge of control algorithms (e.g., PID, MPC) and experience with Simulink modeling. Desired Skills: • License in Artificial Intelligence • Equipment design and basic mechanical knowledge • Electrical standards in the design of control systems • Industrial SCADA and DCS (e.g. GE iFiX, LabView) • Logic and sequencing control using HMI / PLC (Mitsubishi, Siemens or Allen Bradley) • General process understanding
