Responsible for business development and customer management in the Japanese market. Although the position is based in Taiwan HQ, regular travel to Japan for customer and distributor engagement is required. Key tasks include product demonstration (DEMO), site planning, distributor support, and market intelligence reporting, as well as assisting Taiwan HQ in market strategy formulation.

1.Develop and maintain customer relationships in the Japanese market to promote sales of weeding robot products.
2.Conduct product demonstrations, explain applications, and operate units on-site.
3.Plan and execute customer field implementation and testing support.
4.Assist in establishing and managing local distributors and agents in Japan.
5.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to provide sales strategy insights.
