This position is accountable for developing shipping solutions and ensuring service quality for expansion in global markets, including the focused markets in the Canada, Europe, UK, Australia, the US, and Asian countries. The manager aims at developing new competitive shipping solutions, implementing effective shipping processes, forging strong partnerships with suppliers, and guaranteeing seamless service delivery across operations.
1. Engage in strategic commercial negotiations with multiple service providers to design and implement effective logistics solutions tailored to the unique requirements of global markets
2. Conduct in-depth analysis of new logistics solutions' competitiveness and SLA commitments, comparing them with market benchmarks, such as price competitiveness, and door-to-door shipping lead time.
3. Lead the development and successful launch of new competitive logistics solutions in global markets, including Express services with couriers and Standard services with end-to-end fully-tracked solutions.
4. Ensure that all SOPs are comprehensive, user-friendly, and aligned with operational standards.
5. Monitor the performance of each logistics and shipping service closely, utilizing data-driven insights to identify trends and areas for improvement, including INR, EDD and ADD performance.
6. Implement alternative solutions as needed to address performance gaps and ensure continuous service enhancement.
7. Make clear, proactive and effective communication with internal cross-functional teams and external users, and address any concerns promptly.

Position: Senior Line Haul Manager(Middle Mile)
What You Will Do:
• Arrange linehaul trucks using the system and communicate with relevant teams (FCs, hubs, camps, vendors, etc.)
• Analyze transportation service status and make improvement through collaboration (LOS: level of service)
• Manage vendor and route-level operation and settlement
• Establish initiatives for overall truck transportation, improve operational processes, and handle relevant communications
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in logistics and transportation management (10+ years)
• Experience in e-commerce/retail/courier businesses
• Completion of related majors such as transportation and supply chain
• Experience reporting KPIs to top management (2+ years)
• Excellent communication skills and basic English conversation skills
• Computer proficiency (data management/analysis, SQL utilization)
• Experience as a manager (subteam leader, team leader) in logistics and transportation management
Required Qualifications
• Experience in logistics and transportation management (about 10 years)
• Experience as a manager (subteam leader, team leader) in logistics and transportation management (2+ years)
• Ability to plan logistics operation process (2+ years), manage operations, manage metrics, and report to the management- Experience in participating in development of TMS/BMS/WMS or proficiency in using those systems
• Ability to analyze using data tools and report to top management
• Submission of career-based portfolio and PT interview required
• Bachelor's degree or higher (4 years)
• Ability to do day shift work, but able to work alternative shifts during specific seasons
