Within IRPMA Code of Practice, clients compliance and company i-HCP regulation, develop brand plan and lead brand plan execution to align with clients, sales team and cross-functions departments for business objectives achievement.
在符合 IRPMA 業務準則、客戶合規要求 及 公司 i-HCP 規範 的前提下,制定品牌計劃並主導品牌計劃的執行,確保與客戶、業務團隊及跨部門協作一致,以達成業務目標。
[General responsibilities]
• Develop marketing strategy to achieve annual sales target assigned by the company/client
• Propose annual advertisement & promotional budget and implement tactics to achieve business objectives
• Engage sales team with adequate resources allocation to develop regional plans and maximize business opportunities
• Develop key opinion leaders to strengthen the engagement with targeted medical societies / associations
• Monitor market dynamics and adjust plans accordingly to anticipate future trends and increase competitive advantages
• Identify opportunities of patient journey for assigned portfolio and align internal & clients' resources to improve adoption ladder
• 制定行銷策略,以達成公司/客戶設定的年度銷售目標。
• 擬定年度廣告與推廣預算,並執行相關策略以達成業務目標。
• 結合業務團隊,妥善分配資源,制定區域發展計畫並最大化商機。
• 發展並維繫關鍵意見領袖(KOL)關係,強化與目標醫學會/協會的合作。
• 監測市場動態,適時調整計畫,以預判未來趨勢並提升競爭優勢。
• 分析指定產品組合在患者就醫流程中的潛在機會,協調內部及客戶資源,以促進產品採用階梯(產品使用率/採用率)的提升。
