We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Manager to lead product marketing initiatives and drive the growth of our assigned brand(s) in Taiwan. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end product lifecycle — from launch strategy to execution — while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, market insight, and project management skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
▌Product & Go-to-Market Strategy
• Lead product launch planning and execution across all channels (ATL/BTL), ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals.
• Define product assortment strategy and lifecycle management, including new item forecasting, discontinuations, and portfolio optimization.
• Analyze product performance, consumer behavior, and market trends to provide actionable insights and growth plans.
• Maintain system pricing accuracy and oversee product master data setup in collaboration with internal teams
▌Marketing & Campaign Management
• Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies, including digital, social, in-store, and event activations to support product campaigns.
• Coordinate with creative, digital, and PR teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling and impactful campaign execution.
• Support the development of localized marketing materials and retail toolkits in line with global brand guidelines.
▌Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with sales, education, logistics, demand planning, digital, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
• Liaise with regional and global brand teams to align on product plans, launch schedules, and brand direction.
▌Budget & Resource Management
• Manage product marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Monitor and control usage of samples and GWPs; work with demand planning to forecast and manage inventory.
▌Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Track and report product KPIs, providing regular performance analysis and post-launch evaluations.
• Prepare clear, data-backed presentations and strategic proposals for internal stakeholders and management.
