Perform a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to provide accurate and reliable financial information to management and ensure that the company will comply with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements. This position will work closely with liaison office personnel and handle day-to-day bookkeeping.
• Conduct month-end / year-end close process and maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with US/Local GAAP and reporting schedule so the liaison office can keep a full and reliable statement of its financial position
• Collect, compile, verify, analyze, and reconcile financial information and prepare financial reports and bank reconciliation to assist the management in making financial decisions based on accurate and timely information
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to accurately and timely process account payables
• Maintain financial security by following internal control procedures, answer related-questions by researching and interpreting internal control policies and regulations
• Assist financial coordination between the company and local vendors
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process
• Prepare tax payments and file tax returns in accordance with income tax, withholding tax, and value-added tax regulations to ensure the liaison office fulfills its tax obligation and is in compliance with the tax laws
• Provide technical accounting advice to liaison office personnel to help them understand financial guidelines and manage their financial responsibilities
1. Build up long-term product and clear assortment strategy to fulfill different channels' need.
2. Formulate and provide OTB plan to enhance achievement of volume, gross margin, profit and inventory goals through effective merchandise selection, segmentation and timing
3. Provide sell in & sell out sell-through and sales analysis with recommended action plans in time to improve the product performance across entire seasonal ranges
4. Coordinate with marketing, VM and DTC team to ensure all shops are presented to customers in line with the company's policy
5. Well prepare and submit all necessary forecast related information as may be required by management from time to time
6. Closely coordinate with operation team and key stakeholders to have good control for product delivery and launch plan
7. Well consolidate consumers insight, distribution feedback and competitors survey to improve product assortment plan and provide input to regional/global team
8. Well prepare related materials and tools for product presentation during tradeshow, key account meeting and seasonal product training
• Lead associates in hitting sales targets and observing sales budgets, stock & expenses control
• Co-ordinate shop meetings/briefings to communicate and update information
• Motivate associates and enhance team value, uplift team morale and coaching to associates with negative thinking and behavior
• Arrange/conduct just-in-time product training/information sessions

Compile and consolidate Marcom reports, ensuring effective information flow among all stakeholders. Handle and resolve any marketing communication issues raised by distributors.
6) Marketing Activity Support : Assist the marketing team in configuring promotional activities on ePOS platforms. Support the planning and execution of special marketing initiatives.
7) Language Proficiency : Fluent in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and listening; capable of effective communication and collaboration across regional and cross-functional teams.

Job Summary
DTC Merchandising Planning is responsible for leading merchandise planning, buying, and sales performance analysis across accounts, store formats and product categories. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Visual Merchandising, Product, Sales, Sales Operations & Planning and Marketing to ensure optimal space productivity, product allocation and customer experience.
1. Merchandising Planning & Buying
- Plan Open-to-Buy (OTB) and product assortments by account, store format, store tier, and product category based on sales trends and inventory levels.
- Lead the buying process and demand planning by analyzing historical data and market trends to ensure alignment with sales flow and inventory.
- Partner with relevant teams to develop merchandise strategies for new store openings and renovations, maximizing space utilization and product productivity.
2. Sales Performance Analysis
- Conduct weekly and monthly sales performance analysis, including product sell-through rates, target achievement, category sales mix...etc.
- Translate business insights into actionable strategies to improve space efficiency, such as zone adjustments and product reallocation.
- Evaluate closely the performance of store new openings and renovations through productivity analysis.
3. Visual Merchandising Collaboration
- Monitor upcoming product trends and assortments to collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser on space layout planning and display strategies that align with seasonal themes, product priorities and consumer expectations.
- Consolidate and track monthly VM guideline content, including mannequin styling, in-store display tools, campaign visuals, and merchandise allocation and execution schedules, ensuring a consistent and engaging in-store experience aligned with overall merchandise planning.
- Act as a key liaison between Product, VM and Marketing teams to ensure product launches and promotional campaigns are supported and executed on time across all store formats to enchance sales performance.
4. Reporting Creation & Maintenance
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to support merchandise strategy and performance tracking.
- Ensure data accuracy and timeliness to enable effective decision-making and cross-functional communication.
- Support ad hoc tasks and assignments to ensure team objectives are met efficiently.
Assist superior and develop and drive a Retail Merchandising plan to deliver against agreed KPIs and objectives.

Task 3- 10%: Assortment Planning - based on store zoning to provide the quantified buying strategy which aligns with marketing highlight and brand image.
Task 4- 10%: Cooperate with cross-function to optimize the product range plan to fulfill consumer need.
Task 5- 10%: Individually responsible for responsible product BU (Sportstyle, Select , RTF , Moto , Basketball , Golf , TeamSport , ACC and FOC /BFO …) buying plan.
Task 6- 20%: Assist the superior to deliver efficient and accurate tasks within deadline irregularly.
Task 7- 10%: Assist to re-calculate (adjust original distribution) monthly new product to shops base on the newest situation.
Task 8- 10%: Ensure inventory levels are maintained in line with budget, OTB, and sell-through targets.

Orchestrate the launches and push growth of pillar products using their own product, market and consumer
expertise, to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship.
- Collect and analyse consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management
- Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue
- Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
