Master degree in technical domain (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics)

1. Mechanical equipment installation
According to the supervisor’s work arrangement and instruction, install, relocate, remove/replace, relevant machinery/equipment. Install support systems necessary for the installation of new or for the repairing existing equipment, e.g. construct partitions, install floor coverings and ceilings.
2. Mechanical maintenance and repairing
Maintain, inspect, test, and adjust all physical plant systems, machinery and equipment (including pressure container and crane equipment) on a regular basis in order to detect any potential problems.
3. Mechanical repair service
Carry out machinery repair service for machines, including drawing for mechanical parts if needed,
Detect the frequent default machine and conduct simple repairing timely. Report to supervisor usual or unsolvable problems to ensure the smooth operation of the machinery/equipment.
4. Mechanical spare part stock
Monitor the stock of spare parts and initial request for replenishment to ensure no interruption of operation of the machinery repairing due to stock problems.
5. Mechanical operation management
Organize, monitor and direct the installation, removal, relocation, maintenance and repair on site to ensure the function of the mechanical equipment meets production needs.
6. Planning
According to supervisor’s instruction and production plans, develop maintenance plan and spare parts stocking levels and participate in drafting technical/process improvement plan to ensure the function of machinery/equipment meet production requirements.
7. Documentation
Collect, file, keep updated and maintain the records and quality documents of building and structure’s maintenance and repair, support the safety and security requirements.
8. Safety and housekeeping
According to plant policy and procedures and supervisor’s direction, adhere to safety and housekeeping practices and report any unsafe work or equipment conditions to the supervisor to ensure the plant safety.
