1. Ensure efficient and effective implementation of all Air Products electrical safe work practices and standards in keeping with worldwide practices. 2. Provide and execute training and qualification programs of all plant based AP operation and maintenance personnel whose duties involve handling and interrogation of electrical equipment such as medium voltage switchgear, low voltage control center and similar equipment. 3. Provide technical support for the safe and reliable operation of electrical equipment to operation and maintenance teams including analysis of equipment operation, troubleshooting of equipment failure, and driving any changes to achieve more reliable operations. 4. As the Spare Parts Associate, you will: The incumbent is responsible for administering the factory's spare parts inventory and ordering process, ensuring spare parts are available to fulfill Maintenance Plans. Stock levels must be right-sized and aligned with the factory’s operational needs and business commitments. This role supports the deployment of key IWS elements, including Storeroom, MMIS, and MCM, to enable optimal maintenance performance, inventory control, and cost effectiveness.
