1. Responsible for BU SCM annual budgeting, strategy and operations
2. Support Sales RFQ, project NPI, product margin and cost targets achievements
3. Develop and maintain supply base and relationship
4. Continue driving cost, inventory control, and shipping performance
5. Gather and analyze key component market and supplier information to facilitate decision making
6. Improve and maintain internal procurement system and data
7. Drive BU SCM to meet corporate ESG and RBA goals
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following:
- Attend kick off meeting to understand customer (internal and external) product specification requirements, translate and communicate requirements to internal team
- Attend weekly technical team meeting to ensure execution excellence
- Develop and maintain the processes and methods for design engagement documentation, system design & documentation, and requirements
- Review to ensure respective design engagement activities are conducted according define process flow
- Perform own technical assessment activities includes schematics analysis on critical components & with PCB routing design consideration before making proposal to customers
- Ensure proposed solution and sample components meet requirement for initial design prototype testing & EVT build verification
- Perform market research on newly developed and latest technological solutions and assess suitability for system architect’s consideration for platform design.
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor
- Follow industrial trend (Intel, AMD, Ampere, Nvidia, OCP etc.) and bring updates to internal teams.
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy
• Processing sales orders from all regional offices.
• Managing purchase orders, including order placement, delivery confirmation, and adjusting delivery schedules to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Constantly negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive prices, payment terms, and trade conditions.
• Proactively sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers to support both short-term operational needs and long-term company goals.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors to ensure supply stability and performance.
• Regularly preparing reports to monitor daily operations, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs.
