Key Responsibilities • Maintain and improve EHS management system in consistent with latest laws & regulations • Partner with business services departments such as Facilities, Construction, Human Resources, Security to provide technical support if needed • Roll out site/corporate EHS programs such as health protection, chemical safety, waste management, WMSD program, regular maternal protection program, radiation safety, etc. • Analyses and keep track of EHS standards with company legal registration tool, and reports on changes in relevant EHS laws and regulations • Develop and review annual EHS training plans and implement training programs accordingly • Perform regular site safety inspection and follow up corrective actions • Support internal and external HSE audits, in support of corporate audit program. • Provide sustaining support for the various size of construction projects (design drawings review, vendor qualification or permits review, onsite safety review, permit to work reviews, provide instructor-led training, etc.). • Support Corporate/local emergency response team to develop or implement emergency response plans accordingly. • Implement company special health protection program and complete all mandatory government reporting assignments from lead Preferred Experience • At least 3 years working experience in EHS role, preferably in foreign company or English is working language • Willing to domestic travel as needed.
