[條件]
1. 具備電子製造業業務3年以上經驗,能獨立接單作業者。
2. 或具備3年以上電子產品OEM/ODM專案管理經驗者。
3. 英文能力佳,能書面、口語與客戶溝通。請檢附英文檢定證書。
4. 具備電子、電機等相關技術背景尤佳。
[工作事項]
1. OEM/ODM account sales for business cooperation in price/contract negotiations, sales ordering/quotation processing and project management.
2. Handling RFI/RFQ through carrying out cross functional coordination, BOM/MOH/NRE review, cost analysis and conducting proposals.
3. Analyze and develop new customers/potential markets.
4. Able to work with customers in English and travel independently.
5. Strong logic, high EQ, aggressive working attitude, good communication/coordination skills and capable of working under pressure.
6. Solid technical background is a plus.
※Primary Responsibilities
1.Market Development: Responsible for cultivating potential customers in global markets, including both acquiring new clients and maintaining existing ones, with the aim of expanding the company's business.
2.Customer Relationship Management: Establish and sustain long-term customer relationships, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
3.Exhibition Strategy: Plan the company's product offerings and strategies for participation in international textile industry exhibitions, ensuring the attractiveness and competitiveness of the exhibited products.
4.Market Research: Monitor market trends, industry dynamics, and provide feedback on product or service improvements to formulate effective sales strategies.
5.Sales Strategy Formulation: Develop sales strategies based on market research and customer needs to achieve the company's sales goals.
6.International Business: Handle international business transactions, including negotiating prices, terms, and delivery dates to ensure successful deals.
7.Sales Reporting: Compile sales reports, summarize sales activities, and provide data and recommendations on sales progress.
8.Plan and execute the company’s overall business development strategies.
9.Manage the business department team, fostering and enhancing the capabilities of team members.
※Additional Information
1.Training Program: Initial internship at the factory for 3-6 months in the first three months (depending on learning progress), with the possibility of remote work in the later stages.
2.Business Travel Plan: Approximately 20% of annual travel time, both domestic and international, will be allocated for customer visits and participation in exhibitions.
