What will you do?
According to Coupang's service standards, assist sellers in improving business operations and providing an excellent customer experience. The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for implementing various operational indicators related to seller policy management, reviewing product compliance regulations, promoting internal process optimization, and supporting the implementation of new policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute seller account suspensions and mediate communications according to seller policy standards.
- Review seller-listed products to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement operational plans from both customer and seller perspectives to enhance overall service experience.
- Plan standard operating procedures, propose internal process improvement suggestions, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide key insights through data processing and analysis to drive seller performance optimization.
Essential Qualifications:
- 1 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented and highly responsible.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with various departments.
- Able to adapt to new challenges and diverse tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and continuous improvement of business processes.
- Proficient in intermediate to advanced English reading and writing skills; knowledge of Korean is a plus.
- Candidates with SQL data processing and analysis skills will be given priority.
- Relevant experience in e-commerce and online shopping services.
