A System Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems that meet business needs. They work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, identify system improvements, and ensure smooth integration of technology solutions.
Responsibilities
1. Possess excellent English presentation and communication skills for discussions with international clients.
2. Engage in requirement discussions with clients, assess technical feasibility, and design system integration workflows.
3. Evaluate development methodologies and timelines, coordinate cross- departmental technical communication, and oversee product development progress.
4. Prepare system analysis and design documents, including requirement specifications (functional and UI-related).
5. Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software system modules and integrated functionalities, ensuring validation and quality assurance.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve system-related configuration and operational issues, providing consultancy support as needed.
