• Network Equipment Management: configure and manage switches, routers, wireless access controllers, and VPNs.
• System Maintenance and Monitoring: manage Windows servers, cloud services (Azure), backup and recovery systems.
• Cybersecurity and Risk Management: perform security monitoring, packet analysis, and intrusion prevention (IPS) to ensure IT environment security.
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support: handle network connections, server, and storage device issues, providing internal IT support.
• Process and Document Management: maintain IT asset management systems, write network topologies and internal technical documentation.
【Specific Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities Required】
• System Administration: Familiar with Windows Server (2012/2016/2019), Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Network Management: Proficient in VLAN, NAT, IPSEC VPN, routing policies, with firewall and IPS experience.
• Cloud and Virtualization: Familiar with Microsoft Azure, VMware vSphere server virtualization technologies.
• Cybersecurity and Backup: Experience with Veeam backup and recovery, SCCM system management, and MDM mobile device management.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve network, system, or storage device-related issues.
