ISO體制維護，執行內外部稽核、品質文件訂定及記錄、管理及歸檔。 6. 產品綠色資料(如:RoHS 2.0/MSDS/REACH/UL CARD等)提供與製作。 7. 主管交辦事項。

Responsibilities: • Manage Compliance/Material Declaration/Approval Sheet request from customer • Work with supplier to collect Material Declaration data/test report for the parts selling to customer • Work with Compliance department if any compliance issue • Complete customer requests MD/compliance form basing on TE standard MD form • Collect data from factory and product engineer to complete approval sheet • Upload Compliance/Material Declaration/Approval Sheet to customer GP system. Required Skills/Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering • 3 years of relevant compliance engineering work experience with electrical components, electrical devices industry • Knowledge in compliance regulation and substance restriction. • Knowledge to review product TE spec document (voltage/current/temperature rating) • Fluent in English (both verbal and written) to facilitate global communication both internally and with external customers. • Ability to work in a global environment – able to accommodate varying time zones and capable of collaborating with individuals across geographies. • Open minded, coachable, willing to learn new skills, and motivated to grow • aggressive attitude to push compliance/MD data from supplier

Provide recommendation to solve vendor's challenge during the program implementation. • Engage internal and external stakeholders building relationship with the company manufacturing partners and the industry including testing service providers, GIZ fabric and other brands • Lead vendor meeting to communicate vendor performance and make recommendation of score card improvement. • Communicate and deliver technical RSL and Wastewater training to internal and external stakeholders, acting as technical center to business partners for product compliance and wastewater requirement. • On-boarding the new hire from liaison offices and new vendors, introducing of company compliance policy and process • Manage capacity building programs by collaborating with business partner and service providers, including stakeholders' engagement, program status tracking, make recommendation of improvement, negotiate with vendors or manufacturing partners to adopt required change.
