The Executive Western Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in managing the Western kitchen's daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. This role involves leading and training kitchen staff, overseeing food preparation, managing inventory and food costs, purchase order and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
The Executive Western Sous Chef also contributes to menu development, coordinates with other departments for smooth service, and helps maintain guest satisfaction through consistent culinary excellence.
