1.物料需求控管及庫存管理。依據銷售計畫，擬定中長期之生產計畫。並定期彙整生產人力、機器設備、零件原物料之需求。 2.生產控管及產銷協調。以及單位機能管理，例如：出貨達成率、庫存周轉率、設備稼動率、料帳正確率...等。 3.倉庫管理，包含材料進料、生產發料、入庫、成品出庫等相關作業流程之監督作業。 4.分析判讀資料，並提出合適的應變及風險管理措施及執行。 5.上級主管交辦事項 。

1. 日常備料作業管理 •安排每日備料工作，確保準時發料給生產線。 •確認物料備料進度與準確性。 2. 短料與異常處理 •收集每日缺料情況，協助追蹤到料狀況。 •協助現場處理插單、改單、誤領等問題。 3. 人員管理與培訓 •負責組內排班、考勤、工作分配與績效初步評核。 •培訓新人作業流程及系統操作（ERP/MES）。 4. 資料與系統維護 •檢查並維護備料表、庫存資料、 撿料紀錄等正確性。 •協助主管追蹤料況與使用報表。 5. 跨部門協調與反饋 •每日參與物料早會，回報組內備料問題與需求。 •協調倉庫、工程、生產之間的作業。

You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost. Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines. -Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution -Monitoring of worldwide shipments  -Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes -Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review -Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML -This position requires shift work. 一、供應鏈管理 1、優化供應鏈管理標準及流程。 2、管理現有供應商，包括品質標準的管控、產品價格的管控、交期的管控。 3、建立新供應商評估體系：涵蓋供應商的篩選、審核、評估與選擇等環節。 二、採購管理與降本增效 1、採購成本管控（分析現有採購價格，並完成降價目標）。 2、依據需求進行市場調研，分析現有採購數據並設定降價目標。 3、指導並監督採購人員執行採購作業，包括報價審核、交期追蹤等。 4、分析市場趨勢，預測潛在風險並制定相應的採購策略。 三、團隊管理 組建供應鏈管理團隊，規劃團隊能力建設及績效改善活動，提升團隊整體專業素養與執行力。 四、其他主管交辦事項。

1.負責工廠生產用物料整體規劃與管理，主導庫存結構優化、呆滯料處置及資產運用效益提升。 2.監控物料進度，主導缺料／異常處置，確保生產計劃順利達成，出貨交期準時。 3.統籌物料進出帳務管理，確保帳料一致，持續優化管理流程與作業效率。 4.領導並培育物料管理團隊，推動團隊專業能力提升與績效達標。 5.協同採購、生管、倉儲、生產、工程部門，強化跨部門溝通與流程整合。 6.負責供應鏈資產運作改善專案，參與公司層級的資材／成本優化計劃。 7.建立並維護物料管理相關 KPI 指標，定期向經理階層彙報營運績效。 8.執行主管交辦專案，支援公司營運策略推動。
