♦️Job Title: Overseas Market Development Representative
✅Grow The Vegan LTD’s plant-based protein powder across Southeast Asia. Base in Kaohsiung, Taiwan with regional travel; priority markets are Malaysia and Indonesia.
♦️Location and Market
✅Base: Kaohsiung, Taiwan
✅Target: Southeast Asia (priority:1️⃣Malaysia,2️⃣Indonesia)
♦️Responsibilities:
✅Build and manage distributors/agents and key channels (modern trade, specialty/fitness, drugstore, marketplaces, D2C).
✅Execute plans: segmentation, pricing, assortment, and quarterly targets.
✅Drive integrated marketing (influencers, gym partnerships, paid media, content) to grow awareness and conversion.
✅Operate marketplace stores (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon): listings, reviews, promotions, logistics, and customer service.
✅Coordinate forecasting, inventory, 3PL fulfillment, and labeling/import compliance (e.g., HALAL, BPOM).
✅Manage key accounts; negotiate terms and trade investments; protect margin and cash collection.
✅Maintain CRM and sales pipeline; report revenue, inventory, and KPIs (distribution, on-shelf availability, fulfillment rate, ROAS).
✅Lead new launches, packaging localization, and on-time delivery with cross-functional teams.
♦️Qualifications:
✅BA/BS in Business, International Marketing/Business, Food Science, or related; passion for plant-based nutrition.
✅2–5+ years in FMCG/supplements/sports nutrition with international market or brand/channel management experience.
✅Proven distributor development and management; pricing/terms negotiation; JBP and annual planning.
✅Hands-on e-commerce ops and analytics; experience with Shopee, Lazada, or D2C.
✅Knowledge of food/supplement import, labeling, and claims; compliance documentation; familiarity with HALAL/BPOM a plus.
✅Data-driven project management; proficient in CRM and Excel/Google Sheets; strong presentation skills.
✅Excellent cross-cultural communication; fluent English; Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia is a plus.
✅Willing to travel and work across time zones; self-starter with a results-driven mindset.

♦️職責與任務
✅依市場進入策略開發並管理東南亞當地代理商/經銷商與關鍵通路(連鎖零售、健身/營養專門通路、藥妝、電商市集與 D2C),以馬來西亞、印尼為優先。
✅進行區域市場調研與競品分析,定義客群、定價與品項策略,提出東南亞(優先馬來西亞、印尼)Go-To-Market 計畫與季度目標。
✅規劃並執行區域促銷與整合行銷(KOL/影響者、健身房/教練合作、付費廣告、內容行銷),提升品牌知名度與轉換率。
✅建立與營運區域電商平台(如 Shopee、Lazada、Amazon 等)之商品頁、評價、物流與客服流程,優先布局馬來西亞與印尼站點。
✅與營運、供應鏈與法規團隊協作,完成需求預測、備貨、3PL 出貨,以及各國食品標示與進口法規合規(含馬來西亞、印尼地方法規)。
✅維護關鍵客戶關係,進行商業談判、年度合約與條件設定,確保毛利與回款安全。
✅建立 CRM 與銷售管道管理,準確記錄商機、營收、庫存與行銷成效,定期產出商業報告與改善建議。
✅代表公司參與區域展會、通路會議與品牌活動,擴大商機並回饋市場洞察。
✅追蹤並優化 KPI(營收、分銷覆蓋、上架率、訂單履約率、ROAS 等),持續提升市場表現。
✅跨部門協調新品上市、包裝在地化與供應時程,確保時程與品質達標。
♦️資格與要求
✅商管、國際行銷、國企、食品科學或相關背景佳;對植物性營養與永續有熱情。
✅2–5 年以上 FMCG/營養保健/運動營養之海外市場開發或品牌/通路管理經驗。
✅具分銷商開發與管理、價格與條款談判、年度生意規劃(JBP)與促銷節奏規劃經驗。
✅熟悉電商營運與成效分析,具 Shopee、Lazada、Amazon、Tmall/JD 或 D2C 實務經驗尤佳。
✅了解食品與保健品之進口、標示與宣稱規範者佳,具合規與文件管理經驗。
✅具數據分析與專案管理能力,熟悉 CRM、Excel/Google Sheets 與簡報工具。
✅優秀的跨文化溝通與談判技巧,流利英文口語與書寫;熟悉馬來語/印尼語為加分,其他外語亦佳。
✅願意出差並配合跨時區工作,具自我驅動與結果導向。
