ACTIVITIES Daily Sales Activities and Account Management: • Collects and analyzes market information to build strategic account planning, aimed at growing the business and increasing market share • Utilizes company systems and tools to maintain accurate customer information, document customer interactions, track and follow opportunities and manage customer’s demands/requirements • Coordinates with internal teams to provide superior quality technical and logistics solutions • Woks proactively to avoid supply issues and to resolve supply challenges • Builds and nurtures strong network both internally and externally for a smooth or seamless day to day operations • Collects and shares valuable customer and market insights to help in making strategic decisions • Proactive contacts and engages customers to understand and define their needs • Designs and implements TEMT value propositions and identifies corporate initiatives to drive results • Aligns sales objectives with internal stakeholders – to lead and make effort to deliver exceptional results • Foster long term relationship with key customers and contacts • Strictly implements DMS+ to help strengthen the distributors management of the lubricants business – analyze customer profile, design yearly business plans, competency assessment of sales team and competitive position - to help create strategic plans for business growth • Participates and conducts tender follow ups to gain prospect customers and to grow sales in identified segments • Monitors industries and competitor trends. Develops and implements agreed strategies to counter competitor activities to maintain sales goals. • Provides sales forecast for Supply department to refill the stock monthly. • Coordinates closely with Customer Services for customer order fulfilment • Prepares and proposes price evolution for customers, based on contract and market conditions • Increase IO specialties proportion in the portfolio to help for profit improvement. CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT Economy: a mature lubricants market on a declining trend for some segments and a declining CAGR. Under fierce competitiveness, this position is in charge of growing IO sales businesses in a matured market. Efforts should be driven towards distributor management and business development on identified IO segments to enhance volume and improvement of uGMVC. • Competition: 8 major international lubricants manufacturers, at least 40 other local lubricants manufacturers • Effort should be driven towards increase on customer numbers and product mix upsell of premium products to enhance volume and improve uGMVC, in close partnership with Technical for prospect and leads conversion. ACCOUNTABILITIES • Contributes and drives to achieve TEMT IO Sales revenue growth in terms of volume and uGMVC • Monitors sales metrics and evaluates performance of each distributors / customers • Understand market and customer demand, builds and maintains strong customer relationships • Follows through with IO Sales strategies and focus in terms of business developments, prospects and leads • As market manager for Steel/ Power/ Chemical/ General Mfg. /Construction segment.
