This position functions as a technical expert owning both chemicals and equipment expertise for PCB circuit metallization, works with R&D, Product line management, and commercial team in new product commercialization, application development, and critical trouble-shooting providing to customers. We're seeking a skilled and motivated CMP Slurry Application Specialist to support the development, qualification, and integration of CMP slurry in advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes. This role involves close collaboration with customer, R&D and manufacturing team to ensure the performance and reliability of slurry solutions across various nodes and applications (e.g., Cu, barrier, oxide, tungsten). Your Role: 1. Act as primary technical interface between customers and internal teams for slurry-related inquiries and projects 2. Support the evaluation, qualification, and troubleshooting of CMP slurry products at customer site. 3. Conduct on-site process optimization, DOE, and data analysis to improve performance metrics such as removal rate, defectivity, selectivity and cost-of-ownership etc. 4. Provide detailed technical feedback to R&D for product improvement and new product development. 5. ACCOUNTABILITIES • Contributes and drives to achieve TEMT IO Sales revenue growth in terms of volume and uGMVC • Monitors sales metrics and evaluates performance of each distributors / customers • Understand market and customer demand, builds and maintains strong customer relationships • Follows through with IO Sales strategies and focus in terms of business developments, prospects and leads • As market manager for Steel/ Power/ Chemical/ General Mfg. /Construction segment.

1. 管理既有的「危險性機械及設備」許可證及甲&丙類危險性工作場所，以符合法定法規的要求，根據法規申請與協商並獲得必要的許可和批准。 2. 新建廠或既有核可之危險工作場所及危險性設備許可申請之協助。 3. 協助廠區危險性設備替代檢查核可通過，減少生產營運衝擊。 4. 協助既有廠區申請廢止「危險性工作場所」解除列管及「危險性機械及設備」停用或廢用等問題，並與檢查機構/代檢機構溝通協調申請相關任務。 5. 參與每季廠專會議並分享「甲&丙類危險性工作場所」及「工檢業務」相關審查/檢查經驗，視區域要求利於各廠平行展開因應。
