一、新產品線研發，需負責從實驗放大至產線生產。 二、從開發至規劃，並實現產品從0-1的製程，將idea商品化。 三、具食品開發及製程規畫經驗，也熟稔法規。 四、具備分析問題、解決、及工作時程規劃的經驗。

1.具塗佈、印刷相關經驗尤佳。 2.具PU/TPU/silicone經驗尤佳。 3.具合成樹酯相關經驗尤佳。
