The Marketing Specialist is a creative and results-oriented professional responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our products/services, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. This role works closely with cross-functional departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign delivery across various channels. Will mainly focus on Youth Campaign and B To B Marketing.

* Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative marketing plans for B to B marketing and Youth Campaign.
* Content Creation & Management:
* Develop compelling and engaging marketing content across various formats, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, presentations, and promotional materials.
* Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, marketing strategies, and target audience needs.
* Digital Marketing Execution:
* Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media.
* Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms.
* Social Media Management:
* Manage and grow our social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
* Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithm changes to maximize reach and engagement.
* Campaign Support:
* Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development, design) to gather information and ensure marketing materials are accurate and timely.
* Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, or promotional activities.
* Vendor Coordination:
* Liaise with external agencies, freelancers, or vendors for specific marketing projects.
