1. Responsible for the EMEA market
2. Able to do market/customer development, with proven tracking records is a plus.
3. Supporting existing channels and projects, able to manage and enhance channel partnership and business
4. Able to work under pressure to reach sales goal
5. Good oral and written communication skills, with ambition and team spirit.
6. Familiar with EMEA market, or with IPC experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Development Management
Oversee product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with schedule, cost targets, quality standards, and market requirements.
2. Cross-Functional Team Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and quality) to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
3. Market and Product Planning
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key product features and define product planning strategies.
4. Sales Enablement
Conduct sales training programs to enhance sales teams’ product knowledge and selling capabilities.
Collaborate closely with regional sales teams worldwide to promote and drive sales of related products.
