As our Program Manager, you’ll lead the symphony of IC design projects—from concept to tape-out. Your baton will guide cross-functional teams, ensuring harmonious execution and successful product launches.
Responsibilities:
1.Project Score Composition:
1-1 Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones. Imagine them as musical scores—the roadmap for our performance.
1-2 Collaborate with design, verification, and layout teams. Each instrument (or team) plays a crucial part.
2. Resource Allocation Sonata:
2-1 Allocate resources—people, tools, and budgets. Balance the orchestra, ensuring no section is drowned out.
2-2 Monitor progress, adjust tempo, and keep everyone in sync.
3. Risk Management Crescendo:
3-1 Identify risks—those unexpected dissonances. Mitigate them through proactive planning.
3-2 Be the troubadour—addressing issues swiftly and harmoniously.
4. Customer Symphony:
4-1 Engage with stakeholders—customers, marketing, and executives. Understand their expectations.

• RFQ 評估與供應鏈協同:參與報價評估流程,分析專案可行性與成本,協助供應鏈資源協調。

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Sales PM to drive sales planning, inventory coordination, and business growth initiatives across the product lifecycle. This role requires strong Excel and data modeling skills, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to bridge sales, product, and marketing teams toward shared targets.
*Key Responsibilities
一.Sales & Product Strategy
1.Set product sales targets and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to define sales strategies that align with overall business goals
2.Effectively communicate product features, value propositions, and technical information to sales teams in a clear, structured way
3.Gather customer feedback through sales meetings, market research, and competitor analysis to support new product development
4.Analyze product revenue and margin performance, providing insights to executive management and the product development team to guide future product direction
二.Sales Operations & Planning
1.Drive data-driven sales operations by analyzing historical data, market trends, and sales forecasts to support business decisions
2.Develop Excel-based tools and models to support project planning, resource allocation, and inventory optimization
3.Maintain accurate and insightful reporting on sales performance, demand trends, and operational execution
三.Inventory & Supply Coordination
1.Review inventory levels alongside sales forecasts to ensure product availability while minimizing overstock
2.Coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse teams to align shipment schedules with forecast and stock plans
