Education
Master degree in technical domain (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics)
Experience
3-5 years working experience in design engineering

What you will do…
1. 深入了解客戶需求:與跨國零售業客戶密切溝通,全面掌握其業務流程、需求和目標,確保我們的智慧物流解決方案能夠契合客戶需求。
2. 專案規劃與執行:制定詳細的專案計畫,包括時程安排、資源分配和里程碑設定,並確保專案如期、如質完成。
3. 跨團隊協調:與客戶方的IT團隊和營運團隊、內部的開發團隊、技術支援團隊以及三方物流合作夥伴緊密合作,確保專案順利進行。
4. 解決方案導入:協助客戶順利導入我們的智慧物流解決方案,包括系統整合、流程優化等工作。
5. 客戶關係維護:建立並維護良好的客戶關係,回應客戶需求和疑慮。
Who you are...
1. 具備 2 年以上的專案管理經驗,特別是在物流、供應鏈或零售業領域。
2. 深入了解物流或供應鏈管理,熟悉零售業的業務流程和痛點。
3. 具備優秀的溝通和協調能力,能夠有效地與不同層級的相關人員互動。
4. 流利的中英文溝通能力,其他語言能力將是額外加分。
1.Process sales orders, Pl, data entry through Oracle system.
2.Keep track all order’s ETD and work closely with Logistic and PMC to avoid any shipment delays.
3.Assist key accounts on daily operations.
4.Provide latest product information and technical updates to assigned accounts.
5.Assist customer for RMA process if needed.
6.General office documentation works.
7.Other duties as assigned.

Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for eMMC and SiP solutions.
Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and technology assessments to identify new opportunities.
Translate business requirements and customer needs into technical specifications.
Project & Program Management:
Lead and manage product development projects from concept to mass production (NPI to MP).
Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, FW/HW, Validation, Supply Chain, Sales/FAE) to ensure timely execution.
Establish milestones, manage schedules, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Technical & Business Integration:
Evaluate new package types (BGA, MCP, PoP, SiP) and interface standards (eMMC, UFS, etc.) for business potential.
Provide technical support during customer engagements and help sales with product positioning.
Collaborate with engineering teams to address technical challenges and optimize design trade-offs.
Lifecycle & Risk Management:
Oversee the full product lifecycle including introduction, cost optimization, sustaining, and EOL planning.
Monitor product performance, yield, and quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work with supply chain to manage inventory, demand forecasting, and long-term support strategies.

• RFQ & Cost Evaluation: Supported quotation analysis and supply chain coordination.
• Project Management: Managed product timelines, risks, and cross-team collaboration.
• Issue Tracking & Communication: Handled development issues and facilitated technical discussions.
• Spec & Customer Communication: Defined product specs and served as the main customer contact.
• NPI & Production Support: Assisted in pilot and mass production, solving quality and technical issues.
• Familiar with Intel / AMD Product Roadmap with x86 Architecture platform
• Communicate with Region offices of product roadmap, product training, project support.
• Marketing Trend analysis and Key Account management
