Responsible for the production, safety and efficiency of warehouse operations.
Oversees the processes of receiving, storing, inventorying, pulling, packing as well as tracking and monitoring shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts, in the warehouse.
• Supervises planned layout of warehouse and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored.
• Ensures planning, direction, scheduling, and assignment of jobs for warehouse staff.
• Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock; and related problems.
• Coordinates work activities of warehouse operations with other departments to ensure better efficiency and cohesion.
• Oversees cost control measures to strengthen gross profit and contribution.
• Maintains operational reliability of warehouse equipment, through a third-party vendor, and safeguards company assets.

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer Excellence.

Then communicate + coordinate with your operation colleagues to ensure that we deliver as promised. Staying one step ahead of any potential issues will be key. Much of your day will be focused on problem solving around order management, ensuring complete delivery of orders. You will be steadfast in ensuring your activities are fully compliant with all licenses, QSHE, dangerous goods requirements, both internal + external. Most of your time will be spent in the warehouse, bringing the plan to life + alerting your supervisor or manager if there is a need for any re-planning.
Your primary objective will be to provide an outstanding level of service by managing customer needs, completing all required tasks effectively + efficiently, ensuring that all supply chain process are seamless. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.
• To respond to customer requests in a timely quickly, identifying + solving issues, complaints or disputes in a professional manner.
• To manage + process received orders in the system, handing them over to the warehouse operations team for completion.
• To communicate with customers regarding the order status or when issues arise.
• To prepare + sort documents such as cycle count reports, invoices; identifying + interpreting data for system entry.
• To coordinate with customer to submit billing as per agreed timeframes along with required supporting documents, monitor + follow up any discrepancies in original tax invoices, escalating as necessary.
• To identify + implement solutions aimed at continuous improvements within the customer portfolio (e.g. data quality, turnaround times, + customer satisfaction).
• To ensure compliance with all customer contractual obligations on the part of the company.
1. Lead and assign daily work (incl. goods receiving, put away, replenishment & picking as well as warehouse housekeeping) to goods flow co-workers in order to facilitate an efficient daily operations and contribute the highest stock availability for customers at the lowest possible cost.
2. Contribute with relevant goods flow input and feedback to the stores business plan and customer fulfilment action plan.
3. Coach and support the team in order to secure daily central fulfilment unit & external store warehouse operations; train and develop high potential co-worker in order to plan for succession and support competence development.
4. Lead the goods flow team for the contribution on the highest goods availability for customers by the correct and on-time execution of the customer fulfilment unit and external store warehouse goods flow tasks.
5. Monitor and report the storage capacity and availability of storage facilities in order to assist manager for the overall warehouse utilization and capacity planning.
6. Ensure basic maintenance standard and compliance with health and safety regulations and perform a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds in order to prevent any incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment and building.
7. Perform effectively by manpower resource planning in order to secure daily operations in high and low peak season.
8. Work closely with in-store logistics and service fulfilment teams in order to secure highest stock availability and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Identify the root cause of recurring goods damages and plan for the follow up action in order to minimize unnecessary known shrinkage.
10. Provide efficient daily goods flow operations in the role's area of responsibility according to the internal service agreement in order to secure the service standard.
11. Take responsibility for maintaining a tidy, clean and organized work environment and keep tools/equipment in good conditions.

◆ Facilitates meetings with cross functional team members to resolve risk factors that may compromise a customer delivery schedule.
◆ Manages department related reports (performance, productivity) internally and externally.
◆ Handle and execute shipping operations. Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity..etc.
◆ Develops and trains warehouse employees.

◆Work with IT to establish the integration of systems for work process and necessary hardware
與IT協作,針對倉庫作業系統, 流程與設備提出優化(提升作業效率,降低作業錯誤率)
◆Familiar with system operation in order to collect and analyze data for further improvement

【Qualification應徵條件】
1. BS/BA majored in IE, Logistics, Transportation Management, SCM is preferred
大學以上,供應鏈管理、運籌、工業工程、商管等相關科系畢業尤佳。
2. Verbal and written communication skill in English, Toeic scores above 550
英文能力佳 (Toeic 550分以上)
