(5) 協助業務同仁處理報價和會議紀錄等文書作業
(6) 公司同仁出差庶務安排. (機票, 車票, 旅館, 租車等訂票作業)
(7) 客戶來訪基本接待. (會議室安排, 茶水準備)
(8) 主管交代事項
(1) Maintain ERP customer order data and track daily shipments.
(2) Prepare documents for international import/export and domestic sales.
(3) Monitor and follow up on customer payments.
(4) Update and maintain daily reports.
(5) Assist sales team with quotations, meeting minutes, and other administrative
tasks.
(6) Coordinate business travel arrangements for employees (air/train tickets, hotel,
car rental, etc.).
(7) Handle basic reception duties for customer visits (meeting room setup,
refreshments).
(8) Carry out tasks assigned by supervisors.
