We are looking for a proactive, results-driven, and hands-on Supply Planning Manager to lead our supply fulfillment and planning operations. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Supply Scheduling, Commercial, Merchandising, BDM/Sourcing, and Quality teams. The scope includes supply fulfillment, supplier output, inventory health, and relevant E2E supply chain efficiency. Requirements | • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. • 10 +years of experience in operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing both supply chain and customer service functions. • Proven B2B operations experience in supply chain and customer service, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment. • Strong people management skills with proven ability to inspire, coach, and retain high-performing teams. • Experience in global supply chain operations, 3PL management, and customer service performance improvement. • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and customer service management tools. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with fluency in English and Chinese.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute country logistics plans to enhance delivery efficiency, quality, and compliance. 2. Manage and optimize logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and trade lane management. 3. Purchase order handling, to ensure the on-time delivery of finished goods based on SKF planning routine and strategy from global and regional factory to country warehouse or the customers (SRO, DCD) with the cost efficiency. 4. Focusing on project handling, including project management, planning to ensure the on-time delivery and balance the risk. 5. Focusing on industrial segment demand collection and verification, introduce to S&OP process, and guide country stock planning accordingly. 6. Ensure effective utilization of logistics assets to achieve fast delivery and cost optimization targets. 7. Collaborate with sales, customer service, finance, and digital teams to achieve both short-term and long-term operational goals. 8. Continuously review and improve logistics policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with company standards. 9. Engineering a Greener Future! To support procurement and subcontracting activities for the onshore projects (such as solar, BESS, wind, etc.), with a focus on tender preparation, market benchmarking, cost analysis, and supplier coordination. The Procurement Senior Associate will work closely with engineering, project, and construction teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality procurement outcomes. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, strong coordination skills, and process compliance rather than decision-making authority. 〔Key Responsibilities〕 1. Assist in preparation of procurement packages, RFQs, and tender documentation. 2. Coordinate with engineering and project teams to understand scope and specifications. 3. Conduct market research and collect supplier quotations. 4. Support bid evaluation and summarize technical/commercial comparison. 5. Assist in drafting purchase orders and contract documents in coordination with legal and procurement lead. 6. Track and follow up with suppliers/subcontractors for timely delivery and compliance. 7. Maintain procurement records, including quotations, evaluations, and approvals. 8. Provide data for cost forecasting and procurement reporting. 9.
