We are seeking an experienced and passionate QA Engineer or QA Lead to drive and optimize our Quality Assurance (QA) processes for Andes AI and Andes Custom Extension projects. You will collaborate closely with project teams in a fast-paced environment, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards from concept to release. This role is crucial for enhancing our testing infrastructure, strategies, automation, and mentoring team members (for the Lead position).

This Job is responsible for providing high quality, efficient, and effective integrated services to KGD customers.
1.Engineering discussion and design-in tracking of customer's project.
2.Clarify customer's requests/failure cases and act as issue owner for integrated customer-centric response.
3.Cooperate with sales to prepare and host customer meetings and visits.
4.Define customized specifications that meet the needs of targeted KGD customer and application.
5.3D memory technology/AI marketing learning and competitiveness analysis.
The CQE works directly alongside Sales and FAE teams in their communications with Customers. They are a Quality Systems subject matter expert that has the responsibility for being the voice of Ambarella Quality, Operations and Engineering to the customer, and the voice of the Customer to Ambarella internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities Include
• Cooperate with Sales and FAE to support the customer
• Oversee timely communications with customers on Quality & Engineering programs
• Coordinate the program of documenting CSR (Customer Specific Requirements)
• Ensure corporate knowledge of Industry standards requirements IATF, ISO etc
• Oversee APQP, PAPP and other relevant customer document requests
• Coordinate Management of Change communications with the customer
• Coordinate 8D and Failure Communications with the customer
• Manage Customer Audits
• Communicate customer expectations and requirements to leadership

1.Coordinate the Automotive logic IC qualification and ORT with labs (AEC-Q100, AEC-Q006).
2.Coordinate AEC-Q004 (zero defect framework) deployment for company.
3.Clarify the mission profile with customer (OEM and Tier1) then evaluate the HTOL and related testing.
4.Clarify the qual quotation from labs based on Automotive IC spec.
5.Work with RD,TE to prepare test patterns to verify the HAST board, HTOL board and ensure PE to prepare Qual samples as expected.
6.Contact foundry and OSAT to review their qual related report for different test group of AEC-Q100
7.Handle FA and track the qual test defect until closure.
8.Review customer CSR that related to qualification and AEC-Q004
9.Coordinate the APQP Phase 3~5
1. To improve device yield &CIP in order to meet customer request and customer service.
2. Identify and solve process and device problems.
3. Support for customer visit and audit.

2-2. Perform and consolidate product reliability qualification.
