Purpose of this Position 深入研究高速訊號，在高速硬體電路Signal Integrity上提供最佳設計且確保生產品質 Major Areas of Responsibility 專案研發 - Perform high speed signal integrity simulation including 10G/40G、25G/100G、PCIE、SATA、DP、USB、DDR3/DDR4/DDR5. - Perform pre-layout, layout constraint, and post-layout simulation processes. - PCB stackup design and layout review for high speed signal and PDN. - Build component models to ensure the correlation between SI/PI simulation and measurement. - Solid SI experience in resolving technical issues and performing detailed analysis. 團隊合作 - Collaborating with EE teams to refine high-speed signal performance. - Collaborate with the layout engineer to provide clear layout guidelines and enhance footprint optimization.

職務影響力 Gogoro 電池交換站結合了電池交換、人機介面、電池充放電、資訊整合及能源管理等功能，在這些功能的底層，需要各種不同規格的電源供應電路，支持各種功能運作。身為硬體工程師，你將成為此硬體電路開發的關鍵推手，運用不斷更新的電力電子材料、零件、電源拓樸、數位控制等資源及技術，在設計開端的制定規格階段起，考量應用最佳化，兼顧性能與量產性的目標進行設計，如期、如質、如預算完成硬體相關專案開發，使能源網路性能與穩定性持續提升，在技術面創新，提供符合品牌精神的使用者體驗。 職務內容 1. 撰寫各種電源電路相關設計規格書，描述具體效能及設計細節、條件及測試規範，並考量系統面的規格影響，明確定義規格。 2. 熟悉相關類比電子電路設計和研發階段除錯，以及混合訊號規格驗證。以及對高電壓、大電流等控制元件的應用，於前端設計、模擬、可靠度有相關經驗。 3. 擔任ODM (原廠委託設計代工)、JDM (共同開發)、OEM (代工生產) 專案之技術審查及技術支援窗口，充分分析外部合作廠商的設計能力，掌握開發時程，搭配文件審核，輔以必要的廠內測試，確保合作夥伴在產品開發技術面之品質及可靠度，建立共同成長的合作關係，引導外部夥伴在產品開發上取得與公司品牌精神、營運方針間的一致性。 4. 運用電子電機專業及分析解構能力處理技術相關問題，進行解析、追蹤，並提出改善建議，優化產品功能與使用體驗。 5. 研究能源相關領域技術面趨勢，探尋可強化品牌願景與精神之新技術及知識，構思應用及評估導入至現行商業模式。 需求條件 1. 學士以上電子電機或電力電子相關領域學歷，且具備電力系統與電子元件理論及應用相關知識者佳。 2. 具備量測儀器設備基礎，如示波器、交流或直流電源供應器 (AC & DC Source)、電子負載、量測設備 (電表、資料紀錄器data recorder) 等。 3. 良好溝通技巧與協作能力，以分析性思維解決問題並提供結構性解決方案之能力。 4. 面對複雜或不明確情境，可化繁為簡，具備判斷事情優先次序的敏銳度及變革的行動力。 5. 對於工作與任務安排有彈性、可適應組織變化。 6. 具備中等的英文聽說讀寫能力。 7. 具備電源設計開發經驗、通訊介面技術如USB (通用序列匯流排 Universal Serial Bus)、CAN (控制器區域網路 Controller Area Network)、RS-485、乙太網路 (Ethernet) 等相關開發或應用技能與數位控制理論相關知識者優先安排面談。

Front-End (Tuner+Demod) 硬體線路設計，Layout review及電性調測 2. 客戶端相關於Front-End的技術支援及PCBA Pre-Test 3. Demod/PCIe/CXL IPs於FPGA及IC的測試平台開發及驗證 4. Analog IP (Demod_ADC. PCIe_PHY..) 相關驗證 5.
