YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Sales experience in Building Management System field is highly preferred.

Work with our clients to gather requirements, document solution design, configure the Salesforce application, and ensure successful engagements and project go-lives through disciplined project management.
• Support Salesforce projects to success by driving developing custom solutions .
• Work with Sales Representative to engage customers and maximize sales opportunities.
• Assist customers in migration planning and implementation of Salesforce clouds.
• Facilitate administrator and end user training and adoption.
• Follow the instructions to develop real-world and scenario-based project contents for clients.
• Maintain high utilization and customer satisfaction scores with performing consistently on deliverables.
• Participates in the development life cycle about team project.
• Improve internal document and information management procedures.

1. Daily administration, including data replacement, lead importing, and sending notifications.
2. Data Cleansing and Normalization.
3. Deliver CRM system functionality developments and user enhancements.
4. Create and document business requirements by working together with users.
5. Provide Salesforce training for global users (Sales, BDM, Presales), including maintaining the guidebook.
6. Create and maintain reports and dashboards, continuously monitor data quality and integrity, and assist users with report design and management.
7. Assist with internal system and data connectivity with Salesforce.

【工作要求】
1) More than 3~5 years of experience in IT industry, with cloud sales experience preferred.
2) Familiarity with Oracle database will be a plus.
3) Have basic presentation skills
- Be the single window of the global/cooperative account.
- Routing orders' follow up and communicating with shippers and overseas branches/agents.
- Identify potential sales leads or prospective prepaid customers through existing order routing business.
1. Data Maintenance & Cleaning
• Update key fields in Account / Contact / Lead / Opportunity records (e.g., company address, tax ID, number of employees, contact status, product info, etc.)
• Assist with duplicate record identification, tagging, merging, or standardizing fields based on provided instructions
• Perform regular data cleaning tasks, such as marking inactive records and completing missing information
2. Data Import & Upload
• Use Data Loader or Data Import Wizard to batch upload records into Salesforce (e.g., monthly account imports, campaign leads, sales actuals)
• Assist in verifying file formats and field mappings prior to import
3. Task Tracking & Logging
• Support the tracking and updating of sales-related tasks (e.g., promotional campaign follow-ups, direct mail, care calls)
• Help maintain and update Task and Campaign History records
4. Account Linking & Tagging
• Set up and maintain parent-child account relationships in Salesforce
• Update account tags, such as industry type, customer classification (e.g., A/B/C tiers), or other attributes
5. Other Ad-hoc Tasks
• Assist with data preparation or updates for internal reports
• Support any additional operational assignments from the department lead (limited to executional/admin tasks)
