■Job Description
- Develop and execute overall e-commerce strategies to achieve online sales goals, budgets, and business growth plans.
- Analyze sales performance and consumer trends in Taiwan, providing data-driven insights and improvement proposals.
- Oversee e-commerce operations across multiple platforms (MOMO, Shopee, PChome, etc.), ensuring optimal conversion rates and ROI.
- Supervise and optimize UI/UX, payment, and logistics workflows to enhance customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Warehouse, Customer Service, IT) to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
■Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online brand management with a strong understanding of multi-platform ecosystems.
- Proficiency in data analysis, digital marketing, conversion optimization, and product planning.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design, CRM systems, and payment processes with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional communication skills, capable of driving execution in a fast-paced environment.
