Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Manage a complex set of customer and agency relationships
• Set up, Execute, Optimize various paid channels including YouTube, SEM, Display, Facebook, Instagram but not limited to different biddable channels
• Strong analytical skills. Able to analyze large data set via different analytical tools i.e • Google Analytics & translate into meaningful insights
• Proactive to identify issues & deliver effective solutions during campaign set up, implementation & post campaign
• Understand client’s business issues & build strategic media planning addressing client’s business issues
• Design split tests on Google Ads & Facebook Ads by using customer data and third-party tools
• Conduct in-depth standard and custom ad effectiveness studies for Facebook & Google advertisers.
• Strong communications skill to communicate complex technical topics to client & internal stakeholders
Close collaboration with cross-functional partners such as the Account Managers, Designers, and Sales team.
【What we’re looking for】
• Preferably a fresh graduate or up to 1 years experience in Digital Marketing field
• Experience with benchmarking metrics such as Cost-per-Click (CPC), Cost-per-Install (CPI), Click-Through-Rate (CTR), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, concepts and best practices.
• Ability to develop presentations with deep insights, technical content and recommendations to customers by analyzing online user behavior, conversion data and customer journey
• Strong analytical skills. Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets to analyze large data set, deliver valuable insights to clients
• High attention to details. Deep dive in details to ensure highest quality & delivery in terms of campaign set up & execution
• Take ownership of the campaign. Work well independently to tackle issues, learning new media channels/concepts & keep team posted on new media updates
• A problem-solver in finding solutions to move customer numbers to a positive angle and able to think from the perspective of a user
• Good to have experience with major E-commerce platforms: Shopify, Magento, Wordpress
• Knowledge of digital marketing funnel and user journey is a plus
• Have a business mindset and willing to do lead generations
• Good spoken and written in local language and English
• Interest in and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and a basic understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, prompting, and AI agents. You’ll have opportunities to apply these skills in real projects and grow your expertise with us.
