1. 主辦客戶合約及訂單,包含重型設備運輸專案之主體規劃、協調與追蹤,掌握進度、品質及成本以確保符合合約要求並達成專案目標。
Represent the company in executing client contracts and orders. Lead and manage heavy-lift transport projects from planning and coordination through delivery, maintaining control of schedule, quality, and cost to ensure full compliance with contractual objectives.
2. 解讀合約及專案文件內容以彙整運輸專案計劃書,整合工程團隊及相關資源,定期回報專案進展並適時向主管反映執行端的需求。辦理主辦專案範圍內的採購與付款循環流程。
Review inputs from SMEs to prepare project execution plans. Coordinate resources across engineering, logistics, and subcontractors, providing regular progress updates and flagging operational needs and escalating issues to management in a timely manner. Administer procurement and payment processes within the assigned project scope.
3. 協助銷售業務工作,包括報價、基本商務往來,以及客戶需求的追蹤。須能以中、英文與客戶書信溝通。辦理並追蹤所經辦合約的銷售與收款循環流程。
Support sales activities such as quotation preparation, routine business correspondence, and client requests follow-up. Handle contract-related sales and payment processes. Maintain professional written communication with clients in both Chinese and English.
4. 具備積極正面工作態度,對離岸風電及重型機械運輸產業有高度興趣,並樂於參與工程現場實務。
Demonstrate a proactive and hands-on attitude with a genuine interest in offshore wind and heavy-lift logistics, and a willingness to participate directly in field operations when required.
