Role and responsibilities
For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Analytical thinking and ability to organize and prioritize workload

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities:
• Interface with Sales, Operations, Finance and Accounting teams regarding the negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts, including but not limited to sales, procurement, channel, partnership, OEM, licensing, and services agreements.
• Advise on risks of proposed commercial transactions and provide practical and results-oriented legal advice to meet business objectives.
• Keep abreast of applicable laws, regulations and industry guidance to ensure best practice and compliance.
• Additionally, as a contributing member of our dynamic Legal team, you must have the willingness and ability to expand beyond your primary responsibilities to work on other legal issues that may arise and deliver training to non-legal colleagues.
The person will be responsible for development of the project that will include negotiation of PPA, GSA, EPC, O&M, CSA, interconnect agreement and any other project document.
The person will be responsible for co-ordinating with the EPC contractors, Owners Engineers, various government agencies, lenders, lenders technical advisors, new investors , and insurance advisors etc.
The person will be responsible for ensuring that the EPC Contractor executes the EPC Contract construction program on time, within budget, in a safe and high quality manner commensurate with the requirements of the EPC Contract, Power Purchase Agreement and good industry practice. The engineer is responsible for facilitating the timely and accurate delivery of interfaces relevant to the EPC Contract scope.
The person will be responsible for preparation of RFP documents for O&M contractor selection process, negotiation of O&M Contracts etc.
Manage the related files/contracts/documents:
1. The person has to be familiar with and understand the interplay between all project contracts and agreements that are related to construction activities with the objective of maximizing benefits from these contracts and ensuring compliance with Project Company’s obligations. The main Contracts are EPC Contract , Power Purchase Agreement, Gas Supply agreement.
2. Other related Contracts may include, but are not limited to:
• O&M Agreements.
• Owner’s Engineer Agreement.
• Transmission / interconnection agreement
• Other services, material or equipment supply contracts related to the construction of the power plant
• Financing documents
3. The person has to be familiar with the rules and regulations related to construction activities in order to ensure compliance with these rules and regulations. For example:
• Grid Codes.
• Environmental Regulations.
• Labor law.
• Industrial regulations requiring licensing for equipment or personnel.
• Industrial regulations requiring special design of certain equipment.
• International quality codes & standards
4. The person will develop adequate communication protocol between the company and EPC Contractor, authorities, Owner’s Engineer, Lender’s Engineer and suppliers among others. This protocol should specify the following:
• Signature authority of official letters and correspondence.
• Standardized numbering system of official correspondence.
• Distribution lists of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Storage and backup of all communications in bilingual working environment.
In this role you will:
• Serve as the primary lawyer responsible for counseling the procurement organization and the business on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters including structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial transactions
• Serve as the primary Contract Management resource for Entegris’ APAC operations
• You and the team will work directly with the sourcing team and the business.
• You will serve as lead counsel on strategic deals
• Provide day-to-day advice, resolve issues that arise in existing commercial relationships and handle pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries
• Principal duties include structuring, drafting and negotiating complex procurement agreements
• Provide ongoing legal counseling in a wide range of legal areas
• Systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions and implement appropriate solutions.
• Exhibit excellent negotiating and persuasive skills.
• Participate in projects to improve the efficiency of the contract management process including implementing software platform updates/changes, contract data optimization and reviews to drive improvements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement contracts (minimizing risk, maximizing value) by updating contract templates, contract language and sharing of best practices
• Play a key role in the Law Department and be a partner to the strategy, buyer and category management excellence teams.

【Key Accountabilities】
To ensure regulatory compliance and provide advisory support to Business Units and Support Units, particularly focusing on interactions with Technology, Information Security Services (ISS), Finance, Human Resources (HR), Group Strategic Marketing & Communications (GSMC), Transformation Data Strategy And Planning (TDSP) and Secretariat functions. Maintain robust controls to ensure compliance with regulations and Group policy. Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices, and provide guidance to the organization accordingly.
【Job Duties & Responsibilities】
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, associations, and foreign chambers on regulatory issues as necessary.
• Provide regulatory advisory support to relevant BU/SU and compliance-related projects.
• Coordinate the interpretation and implementation of financial laws, regulations, internal standards, and Group L&C relevant policies.
• Address other ad-hoc request from BU/SU, head office and regulators.
• Participate in the investigation and resolution of compliance-related issues and incidents.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of compliance training and awareness programs.
• Coordinate and review AI Application Use Cases, especially by collaborating with review teams from Data Chapter, Data Management, Information Security Services (ISS), Legal, and Operational Risk departments before Go-Live.
• Collaborate with BU/SU on compliance aspects related to technology projects and information security, including review of draft application letters prepared by relevant BU/SU/locations before submission to regulators.
• Maintain a good standing with all our regulators, customers, and business partners.
What You Will Do
.Draft, review, and revise various types of legal agreements and commercial contracts; manage contract documentation, version control, and secure archiving to ensure compliance and audit readiness
.Formulate, update, and implement internal policies, guidelines, and procedures in alignment with applicable laws and internal governance standards
.Conduct legal and regulatory research related to financial licensing, compliance frameworks, audit standards, and emerging regulations in relevant jurisdictions
.Monitor regulatory updates and supervisory trends across domestic and international financial sectors, and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders
.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure company activities align with regulatory requirements and internal controls
What We're Looking For
