Work You'll Do Stakeholder Management -Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, career centers, and external partners -Collaborate closely with hiring teams to understand business needs and provide regular progress updates and insights to support hiring decisions Strategy & Planning -Develop and execute a scalable early talent strategy aligned with business and workforce planning needs. -Conduct market research on campus trends and competitor benchmarking to inform strategy. -Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness Program Execution -Plan and execute recruitment-related events to strengthen the employer brand and attract talent -Manage the end-to-end campus recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers -Implement effective project management practices to ensure timely and successful execution of recruitment initiatives Employer Branding & Engagement -Develop and implement targeted employer branding strategies for campus audiences -Plan and host workshops, campus recruitment events, and other public engagements to attract and interact with potential candidates. -Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to create compelling recruitment materials and digital content Data & Insights -Track and analyze key performance indicators and recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, offer-to-acceptance ratio, and intern-to-hire conversion. -Provide actionable insights and post-campaign analysis to improve future programs. -Maintain up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and campus CRM tools.
