工作的主要職責包含： • 運用資料處理工具將收到的客戶資料轉換成能被下游使用者便利使用的格式與報表(含資料視覺化) • 依照RGA的工作流程規範(SOP) 正確並完整地處理客戶帳務資料以協助後續財務結帳程序與經驗分析等工作 • 使用RGA標準之系統與工具處理與驗證從客戶端收到的帳單與資料，並將資料格式轉換成公司內部可使用的一致標準格式， • 針對逾期未收到的帳單，定期與客戶追蹤，並在每月底運用合理的估算方式將帳單預估金額入帳 • 遵循RGA的風險再分保安排，在每月結帳日前執行計算欲分出的風險與正確份額 • 支援開發或提供資料以完成各式管理報表工作 • 檢視再保合約草稿以確認後續與客戶間資料交換與處理的正確性與合理性 • 其他各式主管交辦與/或跨部門合作事項

The Tsai Lab at the University of Virginia School of Medicine is seeking 1–2 Research Assistants (RAs) to support ongoing investigations into the molecular mechanisms and physiological roles of membrane transport proteins, with a focus on mitochondrial calcium transport. Mitochondrial calcium transport is a vital process whose dysfunction has been linked to Alzheimer’s disease, ischemia-reperfusion injury, cancer metastasis, and type II diabetes. Our lab takes an interdisciplinary approach, combining electrophysiology, membrane biochemistry, cell biology, advanced imaging, animal models, and structural biology (including cryo-EM) to address foundational questions in this emerging field. RAs will work closely with the PI and be assigned an independent project with a level of complexity comparable to a PhD dissertation. Past RAs in the lab have built a strong publication record in high-impact journals. Outstanding candidates may be invited to transition into the PhD program, with research conducted during the RA period counting toward their doctoral degree. The lab is well funded by the National Institutes of Health, with an annual research budget exceeding $1 million USD.
