1. Coordinate and oversee in tax management to ensure alignment with the company's tax strategy, operational framework, and compliance standards.
2. Provide timely support to executives for overseas investments.
3. Stay updated on global tax legislation changes that could impact the company’s operations.
4. Address ad hoc queries and provide supporting as needed.
【條件需求|Qualification】
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
2. 2 years of experience in auditing or taxation. Experience in Big 4 firms or listed company is a plus.
3. Experience in handling transactions for multinational companies is highly desirable.
4. Strong knowledge of taxation/accounting principles, regulations, and solid financial acumen.
5. Essential skills: self-driven, excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
6. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
7. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
1. 處理日常帳務及會計月結作業,並確保其遵循IFRS準則
2. 管理報表編制及費用分析(ex. P&L analysis)
3. 固定資產會計記錄和更新管理財產清冊
4. 營業稅、營所稅等各項稅務申報作業

6. 配合會計師查帳作業

1. Manage day-to-day and monthly accounting transactions and monthly closing procedures, ensuring reliability and accuracy in accordance with IFRS standards.
2. Generate monthly management reports and conduct cost analysis (e.g., P&L analysis).
3. Maintain and update records for fixed asset accounting and management property lists.
4. Handle various tax declarations, such as business tax and business income tax.
5. Compile various withholding declaration adjustment tables.
6. Support annual audits and ensure documentation is available for audit upon request.
7. Provide support for other projects and tasks assigned by the supervisor.

《Job Responsibilities》
1、Assist Accounting team with a range of financial tasks. These involve preparing budgets, projection cycles , mangement report , financial analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
2、Lead cross-functional communication or projects and support management decision-making throught consolidation of all necessary financial data.
《Key Responsibilities》
1、Ensure forecasting and projection are aligned with business strategy and comply with Group guidelines and schedules.
2、Analyze monthly financial performance against budget and forecast idnetify areas in need of attention and / or improvement .
3、Manage data quality and accuracy for reporting and cross-functional communications
4、Work on new ad hoc analysis to enhance operational efficiency

2、Variance finance analysis to support business decisions.
《Related Experience》
1、Auditor experience will be the requirement.
2、At least 1 year working experience in FP&A position.
3、Fluent in both Chinese and English , with good communication, and social skills.

What Skills Are Required|必要條件
會計、財稅或相關科系學士或碩士學位
三年以上財會相關工作經驗,有事務所、營造或物流產業經驗者尤佳
熟悉 Excel 操作,具備基本函數(如 VLOOKUP、SUMIF、INDEX 等)應用能力
了解 IFRS 國際會計準則及營業稅/營所稅相關法規
具備良好的中英文讀寫能力
熟悉 SAP 系統者加分
