SUMMARY
Provide project material management and support to multiple project teams. Provide full accountability for material readiness and risk highlight. Technically capable of providing timely response to any material shortage, developing, maintain status update report to help ensuring a successful material preparation for project teams. This includes shipping, tax payment schedule control, material purchase, documentation preparation.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for ensuring project material readiness, materials/parts requirement, following project schedule for material control.
• Capability of handling multiple projects in parallel.
• Responsible for risk highlight and issues identified. Capable of handling mitigation plan based on the risk and issues.
• Ability to conduct AVL/Commodity PN Application, lead BOM Management and ensure BOM accuracy.
• Ability to work with System lead to maintain Commodity Device Driver list.
• Ability to handle Legal & Contract with suppliers on any new agreement.
• Ability to work with Project Manager and team for Sample demand collection and allocation arrangement include reuse/leverage plan
• Handling material PO/PR and management.
• Handling Invoice maintenance with Supply chain & Finance.
• Handling shipment related tax application/management.
• Coordinating with project managers, co-work on material status tracking, providing regular reporting and highlight risk.
• Coordinating with project teams for any malfunctioned materials/parts for return and send for RMA.
• Coordinating with PCC-Warehouse Management for material allocation to functional teams.
