The intent of this position is to support space planning and management activities for the Taiwan campus portfolio. The Occupancy Planner is part of our on-site Global Occupancy and Space Planning team and will be responsible for space planning, programming, and supporting the team in developing occupancy plans. Also, processing new hire requests, terminations, and weekly move requests, with opportunities in helping to shape and launch space management policies, standards, and processes.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with BU customers to provide excellent customer service
• Gather programming requirements to develop project scope, schedule, and budget on office reconfigurations, move, and tenant improvement projects
• Provide design layouts of new and existing office space and furniture as needed for move and tenant improvement projects
• Working furniture vendors to develop move plans with space assignments, occupancy plans, and furniture reconfiguration requirements
• Conduct building audits to verify that employee locations, furniture layout and room configurations are correctly noted on floor plans
• Manages relocations including the development and execution of project planning activities, timing of group moves/relocations, and final relocations
• Participates in the development and integration of space management tools, processes, standards, and policies to improve efficiencies
• Present and negotiate with business units to implement plans aligned with corporate guidelines, including scenarios to optimize use of space while meeting business requirements
Responsibilities:
Support site Managers / Safety Champions and frontline teams to identify HSE hazards in the workplace and select controls to eliminate or reduce these (using the hierarchy of control to select the most appropriate measures).
Facilitate compliance with APMM global HSE standards (HSE framework) and advise on legal compliance with local legislation.
Advise site Managers / Safety Champions on how to lead their teams on HSE, share best practices and inspirational success stories.
Support site Managers / Safety Champions in determining the root causes of (high-potential) incidents and eliminating them, including facilitating learning teams.
Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Procurement to ensure HSE controls are in place for third-party labor.
Advise site Managers / Safety Champions on the planning and organization of work, including:
How to eliminate HSE risks through the (re)design of workplaces and operational activities
Elimination or reduction of risks resulting from changes in workplace design or usage
Risk prevention through the selection, maintenance, and condition of installations, machinery, equipment, and tools
Control measures to mitigate hazards present in the workplace
Support the effective use of visual management tools (e.g., toolbox talks, learning boards) to engage the workforce.
Provide information and support on HSE training and education upon request from site management.
Coordinate HSE Committee meetings to ensure alignment of HSE initiatives and programs.
Support site Waste Coordinators in waste management, inspections, and reporting.
Design and execute a local HSE inspection program aligned with national or area-level programs.
Coordinate and ensure implementation of emergency response capabilities (first-aid, fire safety, evacuation).
Act as the point of contact for external HSE consultants when specialized risk control is required.
Conduct routine visits to operational sites.
Perform HSE impact and risk assessments during growth and integration activities.

依據現場管理需求,提供HSE相關訓練與教育的資訊與支持。
協調HSE委員會會議,以確保各項HSE計畫與倡議一致。
支援現場廢棄物管理人員進行廢棄物管理、稽核與報告。
設計並執行與全國或區域級標準一致的在地HSE巡檢計畫。
協調並確保急救、消防與疏散等緊急應變能力的落實。
當需要高度專業的風險控制時,擔任外部HSE顧問的聯絡窗口。
定期前往營運現場進行巡視與輔導。
在公司成長或整併過程中,執行HSE影響與風險評估。
Requirements:
Logistics and supply chain expertise
Qualified HSE professional or several years in HSE roles
Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE-related roles.
Class B Occupational Health and Safety Management Personnel (Taiwan License qualification).
A university degree in relevant fields (e.g., Health & Safety, Risk, Crisis Management) is desirable but not mandatory

資格條件 (Requirements):
具備物流與供應鏈作業相關知識
持有 HSE 專業資格,或具有多年 HSE 實務經驗
至少三年以上HSE相關工作經驗
具乙級職業安全衛生管理人員證照(台灣認證資格)
擁有健康與安全、風險或危機管理等相關領域的大學學歷尤佳(但非必要條件)
具備良好協作能力,能夠與不同地區與層級的利害關係人建立信任與領導影響力
具備良好的領導能力與溝通技巧
具備分析思維

1.擬定、規劃、督導及推動安全衛生管理事項,並指導有關部門實施等業務
2.對職安衛系統及風險管理績效評估、落實預防管理稽核制度,確保工作環境及作業安全、維護工作者身心健康,防止職業災害發生
3.瞭解工作者及其他利害相關者的需求與期望,法規、內外部稽核推動、執行與管理

1. Develop, plan, supervise, and promote occupational safety and health (OSH) management policies and initiatives; provide guidance to relevant departments for effective implementation.
2. Conduct performance evaluations of the OSH management system and risk control measures; implement preventive audit mechanisms to ensure workplace safety and protect employees’ physical and mental well-being, thereby preventing occupational accidents.
3. Identify and address the needs and expectations of workers and other stakeholders; manage and promote compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and oversee both internal and external audit processes.
4. Execute OSH-related plans, including workplace patrols, regular inspections, contractor management, employee training, construction site supervision, and occupational environment monitoring.
5. Prepare and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions; compile and submit required reports; handle occupational accident reporting and investigation.
6. Oversee general administrative affairs, including security services, cafeteria operations, cleaning, landscaping, and other facility-related support.
7. Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
