• Conduct market research (e.g., OBPPC, PITA, POE).
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
Project Management
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver key initiatives.
• Ensure projects are executed on time and aligned with goals.
Segmented Look of Success (LOS)
• Integrate insights to define LOS for each channel.
• Build resources and capabilities to achieve LOS targets.
- coordinate strategic planning, budgeting, and rolling forecast P&L
- prepare monthly financial reporting, weekly forecast, including variance analysis and preparation of performance commentary
- conduct margin and cost-to-serve (CTS) analysis at SKU or package level to assess project profitability
- monitor risk & opportunity (R&O) tracking and support the development of mitigation or improvement plans
- track capex spending and assist in post-investment reviews and variance analysis
- prepare opex insights to support functional leaders in managing fixed and variable costs
-Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead or support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning, ensuring alignment with business strategies and operational priorities.
-Performance Analysis & Reporting: Provide timely financial insights, highlighting risks, opportunities, and variances to plan. Prepare management reports that translate complex financial data into clear business implications.
-Business Partnering: Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders across support functions offering financial guidance to improve decision-making and drive performance outcome.
-CAPEX & Investment Review: Evaluate capital expenditure proposals, monitor project execution, and support post-investment reviews to ensure efficient resource utilization and returns.
-Leadership & Collaboration: Supervise or mentor analysts, foster collaboration across Finance and cross-functional teams, and encourage knowledge sharing.

[Main Duty]
• Category management and business planning for key account (new listing/ promotion planning/ price setting/ budget control... Etc.)
• Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, finding how it links to Unilever's objective and developing and implementing a plan to achieve it
• Expanding the relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet Unilever and customer's objectives
• Daily OSB (order/ shipping/ billing) management, sell-in plan coordination and stock control
• Work collaborative with other team members and supporting team and drive best business practice delivering efficiencies
• Monthly regional reports (scorecard/ offtake) update
