Role and responsibilities
For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Analytical thinking and ability to organize and prioritize workload

Overview:
Site quality manager in Semiconductor fab manufacturing. Responsible for overseeing quality team and drive continuous improvement in fab quality.
This position requires collaborating with various engineering teams within and outside fab to ensure best quality is delivered to our customers
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of quality engineers.
• Represent site management team.
• Coordinate and represent all audits including IATF audit for TS16949.
• Support customer returns and inquiries.
• Champion scrap reduction initiatives.
• Promote root cause culture.
• Manage changes thru Change control process.
• Focus statistical process control.
• Enforce compliance to Diodes quality systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in electrical, chemical, or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience of management and semiconductor industry.
YOUR ROLE
You will work within the imaging division of STMicroelectronics, an organization deployed throughout the world – Europe, USA, Asia – which designs and produces CMOS image sensors, video processors and Photonic sensors.
You will join the quality department, more precisely the Product Quality Assurance team for Automotive products. To achieve your goals, you will be in regular contact with various teams and in daily contact with teams in Grenoble, France.
Your role may vary depending on the project milestones. The different missions you can encounter as Product Quality Engineer are:
During product development:
• Consider customer needs, international standards (AECQ, JEDEC) and ST quality requirements
• Propose and negotiate the product quality plan (bringing together reliability tests, failure analysis strategy, and the production ramp-up control plan).
• In the event of a product failure – during reliability testing or at the customer's premises, you will take leadership of a team of engineers to establish the symptom, identify the physical defect and the root causes. This is in order to implement corrective and preventive actions. In this context, you will apply appropriate problem solving methodology.
• You will represent quality within the project core team and you may be in regular contact with the customer.
During production:
• Be in charge of managing customer returns, coordinating the analysis of samples returned by customers in a manner similar to the development phase.
• Take responsibility for disposing of non-compliant batches, through a risk analysis that can be based on FMEAs, performance analysis, failure analysis, reliability evaluations, in collaboration with representatives of other ST organizations, as well as only in coordination with customers if necessary
• Be aware of changes and if applicable, initiate notification to customer.
This role may require limited contact with customer for all aspects related to product quality. Leadership and flexibility to address various quality topics is key.
