**此為Adecco派遣職缺，歡迎您將履歷郵寄到Maggie.Huang@adecco.com** 【Job description】 • Collaborate with senior reliability engineers to develop and validate reliability models, including scope, schedules, and assumptions. • Define new test specifications, methodology and test coverage to assure product reliability • Translate product business requirements into reliability qualification plans • Identify and validate product risks and work with design teams to mitigate them • Develop and Implement Design for Reliability and Safety • Provide hands-on expertise in Reliability engineering while working with external Labs and partners • Execute Reliability test plans to ensure launch of new reliable products for safe launches • Perform reliability prediction of failure mechanisms on products under development and products in the field • Complete test results and communicate to program teams any areas of concerns on product reliability • Implement necessary stress testing and test to fail to define mean time to failure and components ruggedness and rigidity • 有出差需求(越南、中國等) 【Basic Qualifications】 • Enrolled in a Master's or above degree program in electrical engineering, chemical and materials engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields • Experience in multiple hardware technology domains (e.g., Camera, battery, solar panel, ring products-related or equivalent practical experience) • Understanding of the principles and basic structures of measuring instruments such as heat soak chambers, FTIR, and SEM, etc. • Past experience or coursework with reliability knowledge, statistical knowledge and be able to use reliability and statistical method to do data analysis (e.g., Monte Carlo Analysis, Weibull++, DoE). • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Clear oral and written communication skills (Chinese and English)

Role Summary In this role, you will be responsible for validating the reliability and quality of Unifi Switch products through rigorous design verification and system-level testing. As a member of the DQA team, you are expected to be detail-oriented, proactive in identifying potential issues, and open-minded in cross-functional discussions to ensure product excellence. You will work closely with hardware, software, and manufacturing teams to uncover root causes of SFP, PoE, and storage-related issues, and develop effective test methodologies or countermeasures. Your efforts will directly impact product quality and user experience for deployments across the globe. Responsibilities - Participate in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for networking products, with emphasis on quality validation during the design phase. - Execute comprehensive DQA test plans for products such as L2/L3 switches, NAS, and other network-related devices. - Perform functional, compatibility, stability, and basic environmental testing to ensure product robustness. - Verify key networking features including traffic forwarding, PoE (802.3af/at/bt), routing protocols, Bluetooth, and wireless performance. - Record, analyze, and interpret test data; assist in root cause analysis for design-related issues. - Collaborate with hardware, software, and mechanical engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects. - Prepare clear and professional test reports, and maintain high-quality documentation of test cases and results. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline. - 2+ years of experience in product testing or QA, preferably in the networking, server, and storage field. - Strong familiarity with L2 networking protocols (VLAN, STP, DHCP, NAT, BGP, etc.) - Experience in validating PoE (802.3af/at/bt), Wi-Fi, and hardware/software interoperability - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills - Proficient in English technical writing and documentation Preferred Qualifications - Hands-on experience in developing or maintaining Python-based automation scripts for test execution or data analysis. - Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and the ability to enhance test coverage through scripting. - Familiarity with L3 networking protocols (VLAN, STP, DHCP, NAT, BGP, etc.) - Proficient with test automation tools, Python scripting is a plus - Intermediate understanding of Ethernet switch architecture, including port configuration, backplane bandwidth, and feature validation. - Experience in conducting compatibility and interoperability testing for SFP modules, PoE-powered devices, and storage peripherals. - Knowledge of thermal, EMI, or power-related testing is a plus. - Exposure to manufacturing quality processes, including design validation, second source evaluation, or failure analysis. - Experience with tools like IXIA, Spirent, Wireshark, and reliability chambers is preferred

Working tasks: 1. Hardware system reliability integration test (ex. function, reliability, thermal, environment, signal, PoE...etc) 2. Hardware validation products: 100G/40G/25G/10G/mGig/1G LAN switch, Optical transceiver, Media converter, Power over Ethernet, Power supply... etc. 3. Setup test environment, writing test report. 4.
