The Lead Engineer job is to design and development of Power connector and Cable. • 8 years above connector/cable design working experience. Your job is to provide power solutions to data center, telecom, industrial, and automotive customers. The Application Development Engineer will participate in the design and development of unique and/or proprietary high-speed custom cable assemblies which will integrate into the customer’s system. These products are developed in response to specific customer application needs. Role & Responsibilities • Customer Engagement & Product Selection: o Work closely with customers to ensure they select the best cable solutions from our portfolio for their application. o Provide technical guidance on product selection, system architecture, and integration best practices. o Push back on customer design decisions when necessary to maintain optimal cable performance. o Share lessons learned, highlighting potential problem areas and best practices. • Custom Design & Engineering Documentation: o Mechanical design of custom cable configurations with detailed engineering drawings. o Develop and validate mockup systems with mock cables to demonstrate the best architecture. • System Architecture & Cable Management: o Help customers architect their compute trays for optimal hardware layout and cable routing. o Design cable management systems to ensure proper routing and performance. o Develop tools for cable installation and removal. • Technical Support & Knowledge Sharing: o Provide onsite support at customer and ODM locations during early build phases. o Conduct technical presentations and training sessions to coach customers on correct product usage. o Provide technical support to Sales and marketing personnel including technical training, presentations and customer visits. o Stay abreast of technological developments in the connector and interconnection industries. o Apply patent request when applicable to protect intellectual property. • Project Management & Collaboration: o Participate in multiple weekly conference calls with customers, ODMs, and internal teams throughout the development process (typically lasting a few months per project). o Manage 10-12 concurrent projects, ensuring timely support and execution. o Draw on the global engineering capabilities of other divisions for collaborative interconnect product development initiatives to serve a total interconnect solution to the customer. o Report regular project updates

• As a senior SI engineer you will lead the SI team to work with our customers, internal product development, product marketing, and sales teams. • Provide technical support to sales team for ACS high speed products and help customers to solve their interconnect challenges. • Assist in developing strategies to distinguish our products and solutions from those of our competitors. • Provide guidance and training to junior team members to enable them to effectively handle channel simulation across PCIe and Ethernet BUS, as well as optimize customers’ PCB layouts within the system budget. • Develop SI strategies for customer pinouts and routing challenges. • Design and evaluate next generation production test platforms. • Design, build, and measure circuit boards for measurement and verification of products. • Conduct research on the latest specifications of the committee's next-generation platform and provide integrated solutions for customers.

In this role the successful candidate will be part of a world-class engineering team, contributing to the development of the RF connector and RF cable assembly. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and validating RF products that ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of our RF product.
