As an New Product Tech Project Manager (NPT PM), your goals are to drive Material Clear-to-Build, resolve all supply chain logistics issues without impacting the project schedule, and provide logistic solutions to the project team.
• Point-to-Point planning and tracking of Engineering Bill of Materials
• Identify and resolve all supply issues, including material shortages, logistics issues (custom delay, flight disruption, etc.)
• Analyze and ensure production material readiness for Clear-to-Build (CTB)
• Drive day-to-day supply status to meet program milestones
• Establish and optimize logistics process across worldwide supply chains
• Communicate logistics status and risks across cross-functional and global teams
• Manage suppliers from various tiers across supply chain
【Minumum Qualifications】
• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering or Supply Chain management field or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain and program management or electronic manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in both oral and written communication in English and Mandarin
• Excellent analytical skill and problem-solving skill
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
【Preferred Qualifications】
• Familiarity with customs clearance requirements and international trade terms
• Experience in technology industry, electronic manufacturing, or new product program management is preferred
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and a high degree of flexibility
• Fluent in Korean or Vietnamese is a plus

Lead the Account Management (AM) Department to manage strategic customer relationships, ensure product lifecycle excellence from NPI to MP, and drive business growth with tier-one cloud and enterprise clients. Responsible for achieving Q (quality), C (cost), D (delivery), and S (service) targets while fostering long-term partnerships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Account Management
Oversee key client accounts to ensure delivery of committed quality, cost, delivery, and service metrics across product lifecycles.
Maintain and deepen long-term customer partnerships through regular engagement and business reviews.
Serve as the escalation point for customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.
2. Business Development
Identify new business opportunities with global cloud service providers and enterprise server clients.
Collaborate with product, R&D, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to develop competitive proposals and win new programs.
Support contract negotiations and pricing strategies.
3. Customer-Centric Solution Development
Translate customer requirements into actionable technical and commercial deliverables from NPI through MP.
Support pre-sales activities, product customization, and solution design aligned with customer needs.
Ensure internal teams understand and prioritize customer requirements.
4. Team Leadership & People Development
Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing AM team with clear KPIs and career development plans.

5. Executive Communication & Reporting
Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal senior executives.
