Position Summary:
Grow owned channel sales incl OLO(WEB) and APP(PKAPP) from CRO perspective which acquire customer-centric mind-set and skill-set of user flow design and data analysis.
【Strategy】
1. Annual CRO strategy to increase WEB(OLO) CV% and APP(PKAPP) usage%
- Discover customer needs and understand pain points by 1) Background Research, 2) Competitive Analysis, 3) Interview/Survey, 4) Brain-storming workshop, 5) Field study 6) Data analysis which may utilize GA4, fullstory or related tools.
- Set KPI for each initiative, set annual development calendar
- Project evaluation incl resource, ROI, and expected outcome.
- Collaborate with related parties incl. internal and external vendors.
2. Explore potential solutions to uplift post-purchase satisfaction incl order tracker, communication with rider, customer feedback flow design.
【Plan Execution/Project management】
1. Provide clear action proposal by project base.
2. Design flow chart and easy wireframe for cross-function communication and co-work.
3. Work closely with IT, designers, even outside vendors on UI frames, and prototype.
4. Formulate and conduct series of A/B testing to test different hypothesis to improve overall CRO and add-on rate
5. Project management incl timeline and deliverables.
6. Project performance tracking and be able to identify key factors.
7. Agency/Vendor management
8. Leverage agencies to optimize the digital marketing investment.
9. Learn new practices and tools from the market to get digital experience initiatives.
10. Reporting : Regular basis reporting incl CRO performance review and project updates.

Position Impact:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled product designer who is familiar with the digital product design process and visual system development. You will be responsible for crafting the revolutionary Gogoro digital products with consistent brand tonality and experience. You possess a blend of interaction design and visual design, and we would love to see your creativity to make the innovation for 360° digital experience.
Responsibilities:
• Proficient in App design and responsive design
• Define and set up design guidelines for multiple products and unify the look and feel.
• Ensure visual assets are consistent and on-brand across all channels (i.e., mobile, video, email, etc.).
• Collaborate with members, and help them develop a solid direction that is proper in the digital product aspect.
Requirements:
• Has 5+ years of experience in digital product development
• Highly skilled in Adobe AfterEffects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools
• Animation producing.
• A strong portfolio that showcases your knowledge of design principles and visual design skills
• Demonstrated fluency in Sketch, Figma, or other user interface design tools.
• Has experience in IOT industry is a plus.
You’ll proceed the user research from identifying problems, data analysis to insights collects.
Ultimately, you’ll facilitate the innovation process to develop new products or services for our users.
● Work with product managers and designers on user research projects, from planning, conducting,
and analysing to sharing insight and findings
● Synthesise research findings from qualitative/quantitative data sources to form meaningful suggestions
and actionable plans
● Provide user research-related knowledge and suggestions to team members who are interested in
conducting research on their own
● Research and study new methods to build the research module and workflow
● Oversee weekly user feedback sessions and provide guidance
